Many bee activists will take different steps to do their part in bee preservation. Many believe that providing proper education about the dangers that come with bee extinction is the best measure. It certainly helps, but actions really step it up a notch.

To get the bee ranch started Morgan impored 26 fully loaded beehives from Arkansas.

Tending to The Bees

Mr. Freeman has ensured that the bees have plenty of land to roam on, and feeds them sugar water to help sustain them. The bees seem to like him as much as he does them.

Never Been Stung

This famous actor claims he has never been stung and never has relied on a beekeeping hat for protection. However, he does say that he has not as yet attempted to harvest honey.

To make sure that the bees having a thriving habitat Morgan and his gardener have made sure there is a good selection of flowers on the Morgan Freeman bee sanctuary, such as clover, lavender, and about 140 magnolia trees that produce huge blossoms.

Mr. Freeman not only is physically active with his passion for saving the bees, but he also has no difficulty speaking out about what is endangering them.

In a Larry King interview in 2016, Mr. Freeman speaks about how pesticides are one of the causes for the endangerment of the bees in the US.

Mr. Morgan’s activities with the bees is not only a big step in saving the bees; it is a big step in setting an example. Hopefully, many who have large parcels of land will follow the footsteps of this wise and impressive actor.
