The Kiki Challenge is popping up everywhere, but it can be dangerous and is causing people to get hurt. One young teenage girl is recovering in the hospital right now as a result of her injuries. Her dad said, “For us to get to this point you see today has been a long road. It’s hard on all of us.”

Anna is just now able to talk and explain what happened.

She said, “We were over by the roundabout, and I thought it would be a fun idea to do the Kiki Challenge. I tried, and the last thing I remember was opening the door. So apparently I got out and tripped and fell and hit my head.”

Her parents were terrified when they found out she was going to the hospital.

Her dad said,

“I had five minutes to give her a kiss and not know what was going to happen. I will always remember that,” says Mike Worden.

Anna agrees that the challenge wasn’t worth it and she wants to make more people aware of the dangers of jumping from a moving car. She said, “When we got here and I finally gained consciousness in the ICU, that’s when it hit me like wow, I’m actually in the University of Iowa hospital because I tried to do some little challenge everyone’s doing now, and I’m the one that got majorly hurt.”

She added, “Be more careful about the challenges and fads that are going around. It may seem fun, and it may seem easy, but at the same too, they could be so dangerous.”

According to International Business Times, the Kiki Challenge is a trend that people of all ages are doing all over the world.

They describe it: “The KiKi Challenge involves a person jumping out of a slow-moving vehicle and dancing on the road to Drake’s song ‘In My Feelings,’ from his latest album, Scorpion. The challenge is to keep up with the pace and direction of the vehicle while dancing, which also involves the signature heart move.”

It’s really not much of a challenge, it’s just something people are doing, recording, and posting online for attention.

While the acts of dancing may not be dangerous, the act of jumping out of a moving car definitely is and it has led to a lot of injuries.

People are falling, getting run over by the car they are in or other cars coming beside them in traffic, and they are getting hurt just like this young teenage girl. The strangest thing about it is that it’s not just teenagers doing it. In fact, it’s more adults than kids.

It has gotten so bad that police all over the world have issued warnings about the challenge to parents.

They want parents to know the dangers of this challenge and to talk to their children about them. The challenge has spread all over the world, and there are millions of videos of people doing it.

In India, the Hyderabad police have threatened to press charges against people they catch doing the challenge. They said, “Jumping out of a moving car and dancing alongside it in the middle of the road obviously multiplies the risks involved in it. These kinds of acts endanger driver himself and others too. Further, such acts draw criminal charges. Any untoward incident may occur while performing such perilous acts on roads.”

The Delhi police also tweeted a warning to parents. “Dear parents, whether Kiki loves your child or not, we are sure you do! So please stand by your kids in all the challenges in life except #kikichallenge #KiKiHardlyAChallenge #InMyFeelingsChallenge #UPPolice (sic),” the Uttar Pradesh police wrote on Twitter.

While this challenge may seem harmless compared to others, Anna’s injuries should prove otherwise.

Things like this have been happening to teens and adults alike, and as more and more people attempt the challenge, things will only get worse.

It is important for parents to talk to their children about the risks of challenges like this so they are not likely to do them. It is also important for parents to be good examples and not participate in them themselves. It’s fine to enjoy a song, but taking one to this extreme is a little crazy. There are plenty of other ways to bond with teenagers.
