Pregnancy is a wondrous time. A woman’s body changes, matures, and— almost magically— creates life.
When a blogger named Jazzy was expecting a second baby with her partner Rich, the mother-to-be organized a maternity photo shoot to commemorate the event.
Little did she know, however, much more than a photo shoot was about to take place.
The bloggers, who record and upload snippets of their life to their YouTube Channel, A RICH and JAZZY Life, recorded the event in a video that has since gone viral.
As the video begins, Jazzy is on her way to get her makeup done for the shoot. She describes how the weather has been rainy for the past few days, but luckily, today is sunny and bright.
The video then cuts to a different scene, and Jazzy is no longer present. Rich begins talking to the camera, explaining:
“So, Jasmine’s in there [getting her makeup done…] She thinks that we’re going for a maternity shoot. But, in fact, this is much bigger than that. This is actually an engagement shoot.”
He continues, “I’ve had her ring, and I’ve been trying to think of how I can give it to her, because she claims, for years now, she’s going to see it coming a mile away. She’s going to know when I’m about to propose, and it won’t be a surprise… But I’m thinking she’s going to be pretty surprised.”
Next, we see the couple en route to the photo shoot location, Jazzy all done up with curls and a form-fitting, baby-pink dress that flares open, exposing her adorable bump.
The photographers from Stashe Photography are in on the surprise and no doubt just as excited as Rich to see Jazzy’s reaction.
After a few family shots in front of a stunning waterfall backdrop, the photographers tell Jazzy to turn around for the next photo— and when she is asked to turn back around…
She is utterly SHOCKED!
Considering all the doubt Jazzy had about Rich being able to surprise her, I’m going to guess that this face was pretty satisfying for him…
Rich’s heart-warming surprise has been viewed over 1 million times since being uploaded to YouTube on July 7th, 2017.
