One Aurora man came up with a brilliant way to get revenge on a group of teens that are terrorizing his neighborhood. Unfortunately, there are some angry kids walking around Aurora, Colorado with too much time on their hands.
Tim Upton said they’ve been vandalizing and stealing from his neighborhood and he’s had enough.
“It’s not going to stop from here unless they get exposed,” Upton angrily told CBS Denver.
His home surveillance camera caught one of the teen’s walking by and punching his mailbox twice, severely denting it. The camera also caught a group of teens stealing packages from his neighbor’s porch.
Since Upton can’t run outside and beat the crap out of a bunch of underage kids, he decided to exact his revenge in a disgusting way. He decided to put a fake Amazon package in front of his house and fill it with less than desirous ingredients.
He filled it with 15 pounds of dog poop.
“We baited it with some interesting contents…” Upton said. “We didn’t know it was going to work that quick. I figured I’d have to do this two or three days to have it happen.”
The video shows one of the teens struggle to pick up the heavy package. Upton wasn’t satisfied by that so he put out a plea on Facebook and Nextdoor asking people to identify the subjects in the video or for someone to come forward.
“Come forward and at least admit their wrongs, apologize or whatever, and I would have left it at that,” said Upton.
Since he didn’t get a response, he filed a police report.
He says that a local high school recognizes three of the teens and that their information has been given to the school’s research officer.
Upton not only wants to see these teenagers brought to justice, he would have also liked to seen the looks on their faces when they discovered a grown man left them a box full of revenge poop.
“We laughed, we’re still laughing at it,” Upton said of his prank. “I wish I could have been there to see them open it… just a fly on the wall.”
So, lets just recap.
Instead of immediately posting the photos or sending the police, this man collected 15 pounds worth of dog shit, transferred that shit to a box, sealed the box, and left it for some mischevious, possibly poor if they are stealing, teenagers to find.
Then after all that decided to call the cops. Yup…
