Florida Man To The Rescue
The term, “Florida Man” has gained some infamous notoriety for its ridiculous reference to crazed behavior. A man named Chris Miracle succeeds in breaking the mold as he proves that not all Florida men are set out for devious intentions. On a dark fateful night, Chris would be faced with one of the greatest trials of his life. His skills and determination would be put to the test as he was faced with an incident unlike any he has ever seen before.
Chris Miracle, a 26-year-old young man from Baker county, works for his proud family-owned company named, “The Miracle Towing and Recovery”. Miracle reported that he was cruising the streets like any other normal night up until he passed a Manntown church and noticed lights shining through in the wodds.
He had frequently driven through these streets many times and had never seen anything quite like what he witnessed. He had a hunch that something wasn’t right and so he decided to go search for the source of the lights in the trees.
“Something didn’t feel right so I turned around,” Miracle said.
Believe In Miracles
Upon his arrival, Miracle found a car that seemed to have crashed headfirst into the bank of a creek. In this car, he found the terrible sight of a 77-year old woman entrapped in her vehicle. Immediately, Miracle went in to help the poor lady who apparently had been playing gospel music and praying hard to God in order to have someone arrive at her aid.
The lady was without a phone and was physically unable to open the crashed door that would allow her to reach out for immediate help. Luckily for the victim, miracles do come true. Christian, who also happened to be a volunteer firefighter, had the tactfulness needed to perform a successful rescue. “There’s definitely a higher power that made me be on the road at that time to be where I was,” said Miracle whose job involves him having to be on-call 24/7.
After the miraculous incident, Christian talked to the 77-year old woman, whose identity remains anonymous, in order to comfort her through the traumatic event. He even reassured her that he would not charge her for the towing since she had already gone through such a crazy evening. The lady showed her gratitude towards Miracle and even admitted that she was sure God was going to hear her message and send a savior her way.
The victim is reported to have swiftly recovered from her minor injuries and is now out of the hospital. She has mentioned that the primary cause of the incident was a mishap stemming from her medication.
Miracle is currently engaged and has a beautiful 2-year old daughter. The hometown hero says that he would most likely not have been able to see the hazard lights if it was during daytime hours. He believes he was at the “right place, right time” and that it was clearly “meant to be”.
“I just want people to stop and help. Always be willing to stop and help somebody.” Miracle stated.
It’s a nice change of pace when we finally hear about a Florida man doing amazing things for the community. It’s not a coincidence that the family-owned business’ motto is, “Miracles Do Happen Here!” It’s a healthy reminder to never give up hope, especially in the darkest of times.
