The internet is full of makeovers where people have their locks chopped off and turn out completely unrecognizable. When one man named Kevin visited the Rachael Ray Show, everyone was left floored by the hunk they discovered underneath all his long hair.
It’s a transformation so jaw-dropping it’s been watched more than 1.2 million times. In fact, even Rachael herself can’t stop swooning over Kevin’s sizzling new look!
People around the world have fallen in love with watching makeover reveals. The TODAY show, Rachael Ray, and The Makeover Guy all consistently deliver amazing transformations that make you want to stand and cheer.
On an episode of Rachael Ray, everyone had the chance to meet Kevin – a man in desperate need of a style update. His hair was long, scraggly, and didn’t appear to have received much care in quite some time.
As for his wardrobe? Well, Kevin’s a rock-and-roller so he tried to complement the look with dark clothing. However, he definitely needed a little help in that department as well.
Kevin was whisked away by Rachael’s crew, including expert stylist, Kyan Douglas. There was going to be a lot of hair to cut, but he was brave enough for the job. Everyone was on pins and needles to see “who” was hiding behind it all.
Finally, it was time for the big reveal on stage. And who walked out was NOT the same person. What, wait…where’s Kevin?
Out came a sexy-looking man with shorter hair and a suave outfit to match. Frankly, he appeared years younger! Everyone was blown away, however, maybe not as much as Rachael.
She admits to the audience:
“I am uncomfortable. I can’t even look at him he’s so hot.”
Being that Rachael is a very straight-forward host, she can’t hold back. She hilariously tells Kevin:
“Kevin, I don’t want to be rude, but you could’ve been really busy the last few years.”
What’s best of all is that Kevin didn’t lose his rock and roll style. If anything, his new hair and clothing helped enhance it in a great way. Rachael thought he even resembled celebrity David Duchovny.
When Kevin finally got the chance to see himself on the stage’s jumbo screen, he too was shocked by the man staring back. He was definitely ready for a night out on the town dressed in his black moto jacket and sporting a modern haircut.
At the end of the segment, Kyan provided some useful tips for the types of clothing guys should keep in their closet. He recommends that every man owns a couple of pairs of dark jeans, a pair of boats, and also a jacket that’s either charcoal, black or navy.
So, what did viewers on YouTube think of Kevin’s spicy new style? Let’s just say many of them thought it was an upgrade, that’s for sure.
A lot of people agreed with Rachael that he now had the Hollywood actor vibe. One woman commented:
“He looks like Calvin Klein with a little bit of younger Harrison Ford!”
Another person thought he looked like Richard Gere and the name Dustin Hoffman came up too. Someone else wrote:
“Gorgeous man! I never would have thought so before the cut and change.”
