The only good thing about being in a hospital is when youโ€™re celebrating new life and peeping in the nursery, receiving great news from your doctor, or when a friend (or you yourself) finally gets discharged.

Otherwise, itโ€™s pretty hard to stay in a chipper mood while youโ€™re in there especially if the smell of medicine, the sight of gurneys, and the general atmosphere easily affects you.

And since weโ€™re on the subject of hospitals, hereโ€™s a delightful video of a patientโ€™s reaction upon learning he would finally be discharged after four days.

He was so overjoyed at the news that he just had to dance it out.

Weโ€™re wondering how the doctors and nurses reacted upon seeing this young fellow dancing for joy. Theyโ€™ve definitely seen a myriad of reactions from patients and their families, but weโ€™re guessing this particular scenario doesnโ€™t happen very often.

While we donโ€™t exactly know why he had to be hospitalized for four days, weโ€™re just as ecstatic that he was finally able to leave.

Being diagnosed with an illness and finding out you need to be hospitalized for a number of days is definitely nerve-wracking.

So when youโ€™re met with good news, you definitely need to celebrate.

Thereโ€™s nothing like that incredible feeling of knowing everythingโ€™s going exactly as it should be; when things just feel right, and when you realize your prayers have been answered.
