Turns out that the girl Groban decides to pick has an impeccably beautiful voice!
This teenage singerโs dream comes true when Groban invites her to sing a duet of his song โTo Where You Are.โ Anyone who follows Grobanโs career knows that heโs not only an outstanding singer but can also be quite the comedian during his live shows.
Before the duet, Groban even decides to throw some jokes with the lucky fan which shows nothing but his very down-to-earth side.
This beautiful event happened at the Bell Centre, Montreal, Canada back in 2011 during one of his shows from his Straight to You Tour.
The lucky fanโs name is Maude Daigneault, she actually made the request, and Groban wholeheartedly granted it.
She speaks mostly French, so itโs a bit hard for him to talk to her, but eventually, she reveals she wants to sing his song โTo Where You Are.โ
When Maude begins singing, Groban couldnโt help but smile in awe at what heโs hearing.
Groban holds the mic for the teenage girl as she begins singing beautifully. Her sweet voice instantly has the crowd hooked, and they immediately cheer for Maude as she continues to impress!
As Maude continues with her beautiful singing, the audience couldnโt grab a hold of themselves as they all go bananas on their seats.
They take turns in serenading the obviously entertained crowd.
