When Siobhan Phillips stepped to the stage on Britainโ€™s Got Talent this year, the judges couldnโ€™t help but laugh. Luckily, it was the good kind of laughter.

Siobhan is one of the funniest talents to ever appear on the show and her introduction was practically a comedy act.

Within seconds, she had everyone cracking up. โ€œI am 42, I know I donโ€™t look it,โ€ she said as she smoothed out her face with her hands.

She continued on in the same manner for another minute as she discussed what she was going to do.

โ€œThere is a piano behind me and Iโ€™m going to sit down. Iโ€™ll get further away but youโ€™ll still be able to see me,โ€ Siobhan joked.

In addition to recently turning 40, Siobhan also recently had her first child.

Her plan was to play a song for the judges that she wrote about the challenges of being a mom. As you might expect, it was simply hilarious.

โ€œThey always say you should write songs about subjects with which you are familiar, but I couldnโ€™t think of a melody around cake,โ€ explained Siobhan.

Instead, she chose to impress judges with her newfound knowledge of mom life.

As soon as she started playing, the laughter in the arena only intensified.

โ€œHad a baby at 40, what did I do?

I havenโ€™t slept since, I look one hundred and two

Iโ€™ve piled on weight, they say when is it due?

I answer through gritted teeth, sheโ€™s just turned twoโ€

As she continued her song, the lyrics got funnier and funnier.

She touched on themes that every parent could relate to, from how tiring it can be to how rewarding it can be. Every new mom and dad knows that it is a mix of both, especially in the toddler years. All of the judges had giant grins on their faces throughout the whole performance and the audience was constantly giggling after every punchline.

Normally, when you are singing, laughter is the last thing you would want to hear, but for Siobhan Phillips, itโ€™s literally the foundation of her act.

She is not an amazing singer, nor is she an amazing piano player, but she is definitely funny.

Thatโ€™s is for sure! She finished her fun little tune on the piano to roaring applause from everyone in attendance.

The judges were extremely impressed.

โ€œWow! I think comedy songs are actually really hard to pull off, to actually get real belly laughs throughout and you did. There were loads and loads of them.โ€ said judge David Walliams. โ€œYou are a real talent.โ€

They loved the fact that Siobhan was able to poke fun at herself and the trials and tribulations that every parent goes through. They all found it very endearing.

โ€œThe whole song was really relatable. Every parent is going, โ€˜Yes, I never get to use the toilet in peace!โ€™ You are brilliant,โ€ said Alesha Dixon.

All in all, it was one of the goofiest performances we have ever seen, but also one of the best. Of course, all four judges said โ€˜yesโ€™, sending Siobhan on to the next round of the competition.

Itโ€™s no surprise, really. Her piano songs are comedy gold. We canโ€™t wait to see what other fun tunes she comes up with in the future!
