“I started drinking in college. But it didn’t become a real problem until about 10 years ago. I began drinking often and always to excess. I discovered at one point that I could not control the amount I drank once I had taken the first drink. I could not drink without getting drunk. So I decided to quit.” Kenny revealed on social media.

Fast forward 3-years, Kenny is still sober and he’s nearly unrecognizable

Throughout his sobriety, Kenny has changed his diet and found peace through a 12-step program. He went from a man that drank 12-24 drinks per night and blacked out 3-4 times per week, to a spiritual ball of positive energy.

Kenny is grateful that he was able to get sober, so many alcoholics never figure it out and die drunk. He plans to continue his journey into sobriety, “one day at a time.”
