“Comedy is really not like any other art form in that it’s very specialized and varied in its content, but generic in its title” – Joe Rogan
Talent is found everywhere. It’s just a matter of tapping into your creative side. It comes in all forms. You never know where you might just stumble upon some real entertainment.
Everyone loves a good talent show, but these girls put on a skit you’ll never forget.
School talent shows are the pinnacle of childhood years. It gives youth a platform to express their creativity and create something they can be proud of. It’s also an amazing way to cure stage fright at a young age. From singing, acting, dancing, you never know what a talent show could bring.
Are you as talented as these 5th graders?
Wearing baby onesies, these young girls performed a mix of dance, puppeteering, and comedy in their 5th-grade talent show.
Their little bodies were hilarious to watch. It was even funnier their arms were longer than their bodies. Probably was low-budget too!
This entire ensemble was put together perfectly.
Also, if you haven’t noticed, there were very thin strings attached from their elbows down to their “toes”, to make them move along with their broad arm movements.
See? They didn’t need a well-budgeted production team to do all that.
These two girls will be sure to give you a good laugh.
They started their performance with some Kung Fu poses to Carl Douglas’ “Kung Fu Fighting”.
As soon as they fake karate chop each other’s bellies, it’s all over. The crowd roars with laughter.
I mean, look at them. They are truly hilarious.
It only got better when the music jumped to Pharrell Williams’ “Happy”! They’re just swinging their little bodies around to this classic beat. It will definitely bring laughter to your belly.
They also busted it all out to Gangnam Style.
Why not? They both have that Gangnam moves from Psy’s 2012 hit music.
Who would dare deny the privilege to dance to this funky music in front of a crowd?
After all, the music video of this Korean megahit song has been already been watched for over 3.7 billion times on YouTube?
Their puppet costumes really earned the hardest hits- especially their tiny legs bouncing like jellies!
You can’t forget about the Queen.
Of course, these two young girls had to bust it out with some sassy moves to Beyoncé’s ‘Single Ladies’. Of course, they knew all the movements to this classic beat.
If you listen closely, you can hear the contagious laughter spreading across the auditorium. These girls are a hit.
Wait, why are they putting their sunglasses on?
It’s because Soulja Boy’s “Tell’em – Crank That” was next on the tracks. You know the one: YYYOOOOOUUUUUUU!
Soulja Boy Tell Em’
They surely cranked up to Soulja’s award-winning song back in 2007. And hey, look at how suavely they gave that shoulder-dirt a light shove away.
When the most-awaited big “YOOOUUUU” came in, the girls then swung their whole “bodies”, from side-to-side. They really showcased the full potential of their setup for such a fun performance idea.
“All I Do Is Win” ends their performance with a bang.
Though we can’t tell if it’s a competition or not, the girls were able to pick the right song ender. When such big names like DJ Khaled, Ludacris, Rick Ross, T-Pain, and Snoop Dogg are playing, then you’ve got to rise to the occasion.
These girls definitely rose to the occasion! All the moves and the song choices. It definitely woke the audience up! These girls definitely have a future career in comedy.
