Planning a wedding proposal isn’t as easy as what most people think. It requires timing, careful planning, and a bit of creativity. You need to have everything planned out to make sure you surprise the love of your life.
One man didn’t disappoint with his wedding proposal.
Instead of the usual candlelight dinner or walk in the park, he thought out of the box and planned one of the cutest flash mob proposals.
Kris sought the help of his family and friends to plan the perfect wedding proposal for his girlfriend Ashlee.
Ashlee received a text from a good friend, asking if she and Kris would want to go with them to see a game. She was told that she could bring some of her friends. She gladly invited some of her girlfriends but they all had prior commitments and couldn’t go.
A few days before the actual game, she received another text. It was from her cousin’s wife, telling her that they’d be going to the game. After being told that there was a prize for the first 1,000 people who can get to the game that day, Ashlee went 45 minutes earlier than the actual start of the game.
Little did she know that there was a surprise planned for her.
As the couple approached the gate, Ashlee heard some music playing. After a while, she saw two lovely girls dancing.
Then, the most bizarre thing happened.
Ashlee saw 40 of her friends and some other people doing a flash mob dance. She couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw them danced in public.
Kris joined the dance!
To Ashlee’s surprise, her boyfriend left her side to join everyone. It was probably shocking to see him dance and do the steps like he actually practiced the performance (which he did).
Earlier that day, Kris told Ashlee that he’ll be out to play golf with one of her best friend’s husband. In reality, he took the opportunity to finalize the details of the surprise and rehearse the steps with everyone.
Near the end of the dance, everyone knelt down with their hands pointing towards Kris. At this point, Ashlee thought it was the end of the performance.
Kris got down on one knee and revealed the actual reason for the flash mob.
Ashlee was in tears when Kris finally opened the box holding the ring and asked her to marry him. Of course, the answer was a sweet “yes”. The couple hugged and kissed as the crowd cheered.
