In the popular television show ‘Little Big Shots’ hosted by Steve Harvey, viewers are often amazed by the things that children can do – whether’s it excelling at sports, performing some incredible dance moves, or even remembering a deck of cards.
Meet little Katherine, a ‘Little Big Shot’ that was the highlight of the episode, titled ‘Memory Lane’. The title certainly fits with Katherine’s amazing memory. The ability to count cards is considered to be extremely difficult that only the greatest minds can handle, but Katherine certainly doesn’t break a sweat.
Katherine was sitting at a table with host Steve Harvey and three other children, and the task was pretty simple: memorize a deck of cards.
Steve gave her a completely new and shuffled deck of cards, and she took a couple of seconds to go through each card and memorize them.
After Katherine looked at every card once, she gives the deck back to the always joyful Steve Harvey, and he proceeds to deal the cards between the three other children – seven for each.
Then Steve asks her a number of questions about the deck of cards, including:
“How many aces were distributed and who has them?”
“What was the first card that each player received”
When Katherine answers all of those questions perfectly, she already had the audience stunned. However, her next action was even more impressive.
The remaining set of cards was on the table, and Steve asked her to name all the cards in order. One by one, Katherine recalls each card without a single mistake. “We’re rich!” Steve happily shouts.
People who saw this video want to take this young girl to Vegas!
Others don’t think that this should be possible for humans and claim that she is proof that we have been “visited by aliens.”
This little girl is incredibly gifted! We look forward to seeing what she has in store for her in the future.
