Exercise is important. It increases your overall level of fitness to make you more resilient to certain illnesses. Apart from that, exercising also helps you manage your weight and keeps your energy level high. Itโs proven to boost mood as well.
Unfortunately, working out is easier said than done. It leaves you somewhat breathless, your heart racing, and your muscles burning. Itโs exhausting and it will never be easy.
