Exercise is important. It increases your overall level of fitness to make you more resilient to certain illnesses. Apart from that, exercising also helps you manage your weight and keeps your energy level high. It’s proven to boost mood as well.
Unfortunately, working out is easier said than done. It leaves you somewhat breathless, your heart racing, and your muscles burning. It’s exhausting and it will never be easy.

1. Using the toilet
Gym memberships aren’t cheap. If you’re not going to use yours for working out, at least use their toilet.

It’s normal to pant and gasp for breath when exercising because the body needs more oxygen than usual. Using the urinal, on the other hand, doesn’t require the same amount of oxygen. If someone’s panting while using it, he must be doing something he’s not supposed to do at the gym.
