We all have heroes. Somebody we look up to. They can be someone that we know or even someone we’ve never met.

All that matters is that the person inspires us. This person inspires and motivates us to be someone better than who we are. When it comes down to it, this is all that is required to be a hero; inspiration and motivation.

Some people find their heroes early on in life while for others, it takes a little more time. But more often than not, as children, our heroes are often derived from movie characters and athletes.

We find ourselves mimicking everything they do and so with hopes of being just like them someday. Who’s to say that something like that can never happen?

One toddler admires his hero so much, he knows his every move. Literally.

The movie Rocky II is a follow-up to the mega-hit, Rocky. Both are a great source of inspiration. We all love a good underdog story and this series tells of one of the greatest underdog characters ever made. It’s an amazing experience to watch someone go from a “bum” to a champion.

Rocky was really down and out! It’s difficult to see the movie and not be motivated by him.

Like a lot of sports films, there’s a montage scene that shows the hard work and dedication it takes to be a champion. They’re the scenes in the movie that gets your blood pumping and incites you to get started on your dreams right away.

The toddler in this video knows the entire Rocky II montage by heart. Not just parts of it but the entire thing!

The video begins with the boy standing in front of the TV in his diapers and a t-shirt. This might be his training attire.

On the screen, Rocky begins to do push-ups. The boy immediately gets down on the floor and does them also. He even gets up at the same time. Before we know it, they’re swinging a hammer, striking a metal object at the scrapyard.

Even though the toddler doesn’t have a hammer in hand, he swings in perfect unison with the boxer. When Rocky is doing sit-ups and gets yelled at by his trainer, he knows exactly when to shake his head, just as Rocky does. Really, this kid is impressive.

Perhaps the cutest scene comes when Rocky throws jabs at a punching bag. Of course, the little boy doesn’t have a bag of his own but that doesn’t stop him from throwing his little arms in high-speed motions, one after another.

I sure wouldn’t want to go toe-to-toe with this kid!

He strikes with much force all while keeping his eyes on the screen. When Rocky jumps rope, the kid jumps up and down. When Rocky works the speed bag using one hand at a time, the kid throws one-handed punches at his invisible speedbag as well.

Though not many adults can do one-handed push-ups, this baby sure can. At least, he tries! But he doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to moving on to the next exercise.

This kid is going to be a talent to watch! If he doesn’t make you want to get up and get moving, what will?
