People are putting prank stickers on objects and standing back for the hilarity that happens next

You guys, someone came up with the most hilarious prank stickers ever and we can’t stop laughing at some of the stories people are telling. The stickers, created by Witty Yeti, cost $9.29 for a 50-pack on Amazon, and they’re selling out like crazy.

The stickers say ‘voice-activated,’ ‘clap-activated,’ and ‘motion-activated’. And people are putting them on random objects to watch the hilarity ensue.

“You will receive 25 Voice-Activated stickers and 25 Motion-Activated stickers. Also included are the hours of laughter you and your soon-to-be-ex-friends will have,” it says on Amazon.

Get ready for a good belly laugh.

1) In all their glory

So, here are the stickers that are being sold on Amazon. As you can see, they almost look official. So, you can imagine the confusion that these might bring about for some people.

2) Clap-activated paper towel dispenser

When people pull down on this paper towel, the next one should come right out. However, the next time it’s empty, you can imagine the hilarious scenario that would unfold. We’re sure more than one person tried clapping.

3) Voice-activated hand dryer

What exactly would people be saying to get this hand dryer to work? “Dry hands!” “Turn on dryer!” “Go!” Or wouldn’t it just turn on when they put their hands underneath? Regardless – hilarious.

4) Clap-activated scooter

You know those scooters that you can rent around cities? Well, someone slapped a ‘clap-activated’ sticker on the front of one. This probably gave quite a few people a good laugh.

5) Motion-activated water fountain

Need a drink of water? Well, you could press the obvious button with the images of fingers on it. Or…you could try the other suggestion of waving your hands instead. Which one would you do?

6) Voice-activated Keurig

This sticker is absolutely perfect for the office Keurig machine. You better hope your desk is within hearing distance because this would be some serious entertainment. We also hope someone records it.

7) Voice-activated elevator buttons

If you were the person that put this sticker here, you’d probably just want to hang out in the elevator all day to see what unfolds. There has to have been someone that stood there for a minute or two just yelling their floor number at nothing.

Hotels are the perfect place for these types of stickers because no one knows how anything works. The key fob to the hotel room is a great example. It’s a sure thing that someone is going to try.

Paper towel dispensers are another sure thing when it comes to someone obeying these stickers. Because even though it’s a pull-down style, we’re so used to waving our hands around like idiots with the motion-activated ones. Only this time, we’re actual idiots.

Here, we have yet another drinking fountain dilemma. Do you obey the ‘push’ button? Or the ‘motion-activated’ sticker? Let’s use common sense, people.

11) Clap for air

Now, this would really take a special person to sit in front of the hand dryer clapping in hopes that it turns on. But, sadly – you know it’s happened. More than once.

12) Trickery tactics

This joker decided to actually cover up the ‘push’ button with the ‘clap-activated’ sticker. Those are some sneaky tactics but we applaud them for their creativity. But…did it work?

When it’s hot outside and all you want to do is sit in front of your luxurious A/C, there’s nothing more frustrating than having it not work. And for the fool who actually thinks this is clap activated, we feel sorry for them. Actually…no we don’t.

14) Motion-activated soap dispenser

Here’s another situation where we’re used to seeing motion-activated soap dispensers, so it’s not exactly odd that this sticker would be there. But the dead giveaway is the actual push-button that dispenses the soap. Don’t be fooled!

15) Voice-activated doorbell

This is another sticker placement that we hope had a camera pointed at it, filming the entire time. And also, what exactly would people say to the doorbell? “Ring?” “Hello?” “I’m here!” We’re so curious.

16) It strikes again

Paper towel dispensers are clearly a fan favorite when it comes to these stickers. But we’ve got to start getting more creative! People are catching on.

17) Another classic

Ahhh, yes. The old Keurig voice-activated trick. It looks like it’s been there for a while though, we wonder if people are still falling for it.

We have a feeling that someone fell for this voice-activated sticker and became upset with it. So, the only option was to try and tear it off. It didn’t work, so now we’re just waiting for the next sucker.

An espresso machine is perfect for these stickers because no one knows how the heck to use these things! Unless you’re a barista, you’d much rather yell ‘latte’ or ‘espresso’ instead of foaming milk and pouring the perfect shot.

This sticker takes it to the next level by providing very specific directions. Now, that’s enough to throw even the smartest person off. We also love how it says to say it loudly.

27) Oh, yes. The gym.

The gym would be another fantastic place to put these stickers. People already feel like their in the spotlight when they’re at the gym with people looking at them. And when you start yelling at inanimate objects, it’s next-level embarrassment.

This person has been having a blast with these stickers at their office. And it sounds like they even took a video. We want to see it right away.

29) Maybe not very nice

We love the vending machine idea. Absolutely brilliant. But maybe not at a hospital? People are probably already having a rough day.

This video doorbell is actually motion activated, but you don’t need to blatantly wave your hands at it. It already records once you walk up to it. But…we’d still love to see the footage.
