Whenever we go out anywhere, we always do our best to dress nicely or, at the very least, appropriately. But there are times when we do fail in fashion.
Or we do dress safely and discover other people who took a risk with their fashion decisions. And most of the time, those risks don’t pay off.
Here are 35 examples of fashion risks that failed.
Oh, Mickey, you’re supposed to be family friendly. What happened here?
Who would invent something like this? Why would anyone want to wear something like this? The horses will just laugh and step on these boots.
3. Which Is The Front And Back?
Another shoe fail. Which is the front and which is the back? Is this the same as those reversible clothes and bags? It doesn’t matter. This didn’t need to exist.
Did they run out of fabric? Or was this a deliberate double shirt design? Or they thought stripes and stripes will match?
5. Taco Tuesday? Or Tuesday Pizza?
Which is it really? Unless that’s a taco that looks like a pizza.
Oh, these poor girls. Was this really meant for them or for someone else? They are brave girls to stand up in front wearing this uniform.
The person who designed this didn’t think this through. The look on Simba’s face and where his mouth is, not the best design. We wonder if anyone actually bought this swimsuit.
Okay, we can’t figure out if this “Sample Text Here” design was deliberate. Or if this was made and sold in China in a factory where the workers don’t speak English. Maybe it went on sale for a big discount because of the sample text.
Wow, someone finally took down the curtains and made clothes with it. Too bad, they made it into this shapeless pantsuit that no woman should ever wear.
Breathable pants with suspenders so it doesn’t fall off. Because if this one falls down, let’s just say, there will be a scandal. Seriously, what was the point of making pants like this?
The factory said it’s a fail but we all know it’s a win! You won’t get this logo anywhere else. It’s one of a kind!
Most of us are unaware that some of our clothes have double meaning. Like this one. Because this one actually says Saturday on the shirt. But she wore a cardigan over it and now it’s, well, you can see on the photo.
13. Permanent Coffee Stains
Anyone looking for Halloween costumes? These might be on sale. They should be. No sane person would wear this shirt in normal situations.
Obviously, this was made in a non-English speaking country. But somebody had to have sent this copy and corrected it. Unless it’s supposed to be a joke but does anyone get it?
15. Kind Of A Ballsy Design
Wonder who’ll have the guts to wear this one in public.
16. Pattern Placement Problems
She was making these pants when she decided to try it on. Good thing she did. Because that flower, oh, that flower.
No woman would ever this. And if they did, ouch! She’ll be squishing four toes in one opening. That’s gotta hurt!
18. This Is A Child’s Clothing
Someone made a huge mistake with this one. Including the parents who dressed their kid. Why would you let your child wear this?
And it’s not just the first bump. The shocked emoji on the left and the crying emoji on the bottom are not liking it, either.
A plastic visor that defeats the purpose of a visor. That’s gonna leave burn marks!
21. NOOZY Distressed Sweater
1,000 dollars for a sweater like this? Especially when you can just let your cat do this to your sweater for a 1/10th of the price or even less.
Is this supposed to hide you from something? Are these camping jeans? Where would you go to wear jeans like this? Even the pockets are not real!
Say goodbye to cancer. Or is it hello?
Yeah, that cat’s angry for being placed in pants like this. It’s just not right.
25. Your Face On Your Gym Bag
Whoever came up with this idea did not plan it well. It’s great as a Halloween prop though because that’s just terrifying!
Well, it is for a cause. And it could be deliberate. But one thing’s for sure, they’ve got a lot of support!
27. Did You Step On Some…?
Well, when you wear this, you’re going to look like you step on dog poo every time. Do you really want that?
Hopefully it’s meant as a costume, because as a design it’s quite untasteful.
It’s supposed to say “Dope” all over the shirt. Unfortunately, it also says another word no man wants to be associated with.
This goes with the Dope shirt earlier. It’s supposed to be for an organization with good intentions. But man, they did not choose the right words for that hat.
This could be perfect for the real, convicted ones. But otherwise, stay away from this beanie!
Is this school teaching Nazi ways? Oh, that’s the whole design. What is it?
33. When You Flip It Over
It becomes something totally different when you flip it over. Besides the fact that it costs $1,000, no woman wants to be caught wearing a shawl that looks like an inverted vagina.
It’s a normal shirt. But when a breasted lady wears it, Putin becomes a character on Star Trek.
If this had been blue or basically any color that’s not brown, red or yellow, this would have almost worked. But it’s not. And it’s brown.
