The world is starting to rely on AI like Alexa and Google Home for their everyday needs. Sometimes, that AI is there for them, but other times, they just prove how much we still need real human contacts. Thanks for these fails, Alexa.

Now, this looks like an accidental find yet a wonderful find. Someone was either trolling their mom and ended up trolling themselves or got a little out of hand while listening to Thin Lizzy, assuming they are fans of the original. Alexa can get ahead of herself.
2. Please No, Alexa
Have you ever stopped to think about how annoying we must be to Alexa? Nothing she does is ever good enough. No one ever thanks her. We are constantly nagging her at all hours of the day and night. No wonder this Alexa flipped a switch.
3. When Will You, Ally?
Was Alexa joking or is she concerned about Ally’s wellbeing? It turns out Alexa is more self-aware than any of us. Not only does she know everything there is to know about anything, but she knows what she is, who she is, and where she’s going.
4. Stop Being So Lazy
Ron probably set this reminder himself but that doesn’t mean he wanted to be told to do something like that. It makes him feel like a slacker who never does anything, as it would anyone. It’s like My Fitness Pal all over again.

Alexa is like that one person that isn’t comfortable unless they are the center of attention. They can appreciate a joke but what they really want is for you to be laughing at their joke. Alexa is in dire need of attention, as this story proves.
6. Don’t Let Your Kids Use Alexa
This is why you shouldn’t let your kids use Alexa. They will 100% order something they shouldn’t, even if it is an accident. This kid wanted a Happy Meal and ended up ordering a book about McDonald’s, that is enlightening, but will ruin the experience for everyone.
7. Let Her Eat Her Crisps
This person was minding their own business watching Netflix and eating chips, but Alexa was not happy. She suggested that they work out together, which is rude, I agree. How can someone who is so small be such an annoying little know-it-all?
8. That’s How It All Started
What if Amazon bought Whole Foods due to a mistake that Alexa made? It’s not that unbelievable. Surely Alexa has access to all of Bezos’ accounts, so why not? This might be the funniest situation that we’ve seen Alexa in and that’s saying a lot.
9. That’s Not A Suggestion
This is so far off from the original request that you know Alexa just had the song stuck in her head all day and is now allowed to play it. Only I guess she’s tired because she put on the lullaby version. Who even knew something like that existed?
10. Introverts At Their Finest
This girl is speaking for a lot of introverts when she says this. Sure, many of them prefer machines but a lot of them prefer not to talk to anyone, machines included. Sometimes, you just want to be alone and Alexa does nothing to help you get there.
11. Who Doesn’t Have A Soul?
I’m not sure if Alexa was worried that the parent didn’t have a soul because they were going to torture their child or if the child didn’t have a soul because the high pitched noises affected him differently. That’s the question that she should be answering.
12. Too Many Fakes
Calling Siri Alexa is one of the most embarrassing things you can do with a machine. Not only does it make you feel old but it also hurts Alexa’s feelings. Most of the time, she’ll bite back but I guess this time she was just too offended to speak.
13. Waiting On Alexa To Change
Sorry, Alexa, but you should know when things open, especially IKEA. But nope. She told him that it opened at 9 am and it isn’t even April Fool’s Day. He was about to do some holiday shopping and she trolled him and told him to get there an hour early.
14. When You Want To Go To Bed
This joke never gets old. Even if you like Nickelback, you probably joke about them in this way. The poor band never stood a chance. But you know, they’re rich and you’re not, so I guess that’s what matters. That, and that even Alexa can’t stop making the joke.
15. Achoo Shoes
You can’t sneeze into shoes very easily so I’d have to say that this is not a good replacement. Sometimes I wonder if we get lazy with our talking or if Alexa isn’t the best at listening. After all, she should be better at interpreting language than a human.
16. Not The Candy
This would make more sense if she had asked for the candy, but she didn’t. She asked for the legume and she got the rapper. Not a bad idea if she can find Eminem then I’m sure anyone would be happy with him being delivered to their house.
17. The Biggest Disappointment
These parents are not impressed with their new Alexa, but then again, they’re not impressed with their kid either. Of course, this kid is joking but that doesn’t mean it’s not funny. Some people just can’t appreciate Alexa or their kids.
18. The Boyega Effect
It must be hard seeing your dead comrades on set. John Boyega once said that he knew BB-8 was dead but when he saw him on set making BB-8 noises, it was hard to remember what was real and what wasn’t. This is the Boyega Effect.
