Denise the Flight Attendant
Denise, a flight attendant who looks like she’s pretty much dolled up for the occasion no matter where she goes. And that’s the problem, her friends that nominated for a makeover felt that she glammed up so much that it took away from her natural beauty.
Denise was asked if she was surprised that he and Stacy picked her for the show, to which she responded with “very.” And when asked about her thoughts on how she looked on TV, she believes that she’s “way cuter” than even she realized seeing herself on film.
When Denise said that she looked like the Girl Next Door, both Stacy and Clinton had that “I’m sorry what”-kind of look on their faces.
The next scene shows Denise wearing a silver sparkly dress but Clinton and Stacy wanted to get her to focus on people taking her seriously and not just judge her by her clothing choices. In other words, they want her to choose something that has a more classic look.
Now Clinton and Stacy are at work working out some of the outfits they think don’t really do her any favors. Outfits that were for the 4th of July, a sushi restaurant, the zoo or St. Patrick’s Day. When all was said and done, Clinton and Stacy encouraged Denise to “start from scratch” and hopefully, she’ll learn something out of this experience. Maybe she will or perhaps not.
Now both Clinton and Stacy await Denise’s new appearance on the screen, but it seems like nothing has changed as Denise doesn’t really have any idea about what really suits her character and personality.
“I really don’t know who Denise is”
Denise says:
“I really don’t know who Denise is and I’m hoping that through this process, I can find out a little bit more about myself.”
At this point, Stacy was finally beginning to unravel the mysteries of Denise’s taste in clothing and agrees that if one doesn’t know their character well, they just put on different clothes that represent different characters.
When trying out a new outfit suggested by both Clinton and Stacy, Denise was getting a bit for fashionably aware of what she was looking for. Stacy went on to say:
“If you just know that there’s this alternative way of dressing, that is going to keep opportunities open to you.”
Denise said that Clinton and Stacy really helped her out on the basics that would look good on her and that she could wear a number of times.
Now that Denise had finally gotten some really good pointers from the fashion experts themselves, the time has now come as to whether Denise has finally found herself under the sea of uncertainty. And lo and behold, she did and she honestly looked like beautiful classy person this time instead of a plastic Barbie doll and managed to impress both Clinton and Stacy.
