Nicki Was Ready For A Change In Her Life

Now that she was an empty nester this firefighter was ready to make some big changes in her life.
It Was Time To Downsize
Once Nicki became an empty nester it didnโt make sense for her to keep her Georgia home. She decided it was time for a tiny house. Her new tiny house is twenty-two feet long and eight feet wide. It weighs 13,500 pounds.
What Is Ridiculous Makes Her Happy

The Wow Factor of Purple and Pink
The Victorian style of the home made Nicki think of a gingerbread house so she knew it would have to be purple and pink.
The Features
There isnโt one feature about this tiny house that is not fantastic.
Vaulted Ceilings

With the vaulted ceiling it creates the illusion of additional space and the extra window at the top makes the interior much brighter.
Better Bump Out Use

Some tiny home owners use their bump out for outdoor space but Nicki decided to use hers for closet space.
Even Has Work Space

Who could imagine that you could even get a small work space into such a tiny house. But Nicki has it all with her fold out desk.
A Unique Toilet

She chose to go with the incinerator toilet which means not having to use water, but the downside is it uses electricity.
Extra Storage You Wouldnโt Believe

It is amazing how extra storage can be built in as Nickiโ tiny little house reveals with the three floor storage areas.
Phenomenal Kitchen

The galley kitchen is perfect
Nicki wanted a full size sink which she got without any compromise on counter space and there are plenty of cupboards.
Wow! Laundry Facilities

Who would every think you could even have your own laundry facilities.
Nicki has had a combo washer dryer installed which is super convenient. And she can use her desk for clothes folding. How innovative is that.
Warm and Comfy

The size of this heater is amazing
The tiny house is heated with this compact propane heater.
The Advantages

Nicki is going to save a lot of money
To begin with she has solar power which is going to save her a bunch on electricity and she could live off the grid if she wanted to.
Some Additions

She is planning on putting in a projection TV which means it will pull down over the door when she wants to enjoy it. What looks like a window is a second door.
A Dream Sleeping Area

The loft is Outstanding
There is anything more that you would want for a sleeping area.
Nickiโs Choice
With all that Nick is able to enjoy in her new tiny home there is anything that she is lacking compared to what her old home had. Maybe other than less of it.
One thing she has less of that is most welcomed is less living costs and it means no mortgage. Who wouldnโt want to live this way?
