Kimi is a Golden Retriever who ‘accidentally’ tore up her owner’s passport and potentially saved her life in the process
When Kimis owner walked in to find her passport torn to shreds, at first, she was angry that she wouldn’t be able to fulfill her trip she had planned to, Wuhan, China. That was before the city was labeled the epicenter of the Coronavirus, now she thinks her dog might have just been her ‘saving grace.’

Dogs can sense things that humans cannot, so it’s not far-fetched to think it’s a possibility that, Kimi, could sense the danger of traveling to Wuhan.
Just days after the golden retriever had torn up her passport blocking her trip to Wuhan, the Coronavirus spread and the city was put on lockdown
Her anger about the passport being destroyed evaporated the second she saw that the Coronavirus had spread to the exact location she has planned to travel to. She now was overjoyed by her dog’s actions, Kimi very well may have saved her life!
In pure disbelief, the dogs’ owner wondered if it had been a coincidence at all. Did Kimi just happen to rip up the passport? Or had the dog sensed the potential danger of traveling to Wuhan and purposely interveined?

“Do you guys remember the passport? Throwback: this kid is really protecting me. After my passport was torn apart, the virus began to go where I originally planned to go. I think about it now, and it’s very touching. Fortunately, you blocked our trip,” she wrote in hindsight.
