Unexpected guest enters stranger’s home through doggy door

September 24th, 2020

We love the furry friends we get to keep with us inside like our very own children spoiling them with toys, treats, and lots of love. As much as we love the furry friends that surround us outside many of them we must love from a distance. However, at times sometimes our paths do get the opportunity to cross and they seem almost like a real pet we could keep! For one family they were surprised when an unexpected guest, a baby deer, comes crawling through the doggy door right behind the cat!

Look what the cat dragged in!

Sometimes cats or other pets who roam freely outside bring back inside the wildest things! Take this family’s cat for example who showed a baby deer how to use the doggy door to enter the house.

Looking like a tight squeeze for the cat.

As the video begins we first see the cat slither through the doggy door that seems almost too small for it.

Cats can wiggle their way through really anything.

But the cat slowly wiggles its way through the little door returning home after playing outside.

Unexpected and unannounced guest coming in!

Then the video cuts and we see another head poking its way through the doggy door. At first glance, it looks to be a little dog…

Coming in hooves first.

Then the mystery creature finally steps its feet through and we see that it is actually a baby deer!

Following the cat’s footsteps and wiggling its way through the tiny doggy door.

Once it gets its two little legs in the deer wiggles its tiny body through the door. Seemingly easier than the cat!

Seems this cat is having friends over.

Then the baby deer has entered the house just as if it was a normal occasion. Of course, everyone in the comments had many thoughts to share about this situation. One youtube user, Omnipotent Dwarf, writes

“Cat: Come on in, we’ve got plenty of food inside. My cats used to invite friends over. I’d wake up and find an extra cat or two on the bed.”

Come in dear!

The deer comes in like everything is normal and makes its way towards the camera. Another youtube user, tiffsaver, shared another funny comment writing,

“I think when you said, “Come in, dear,” he simply misunderstood you.”

Just stopping in to say hello.

As the video comes to an end we watch the deer get closer and closer to investigate the camera. We only wish we knew what took place next in the house with the two friends. Another youtube user gothicc_bomb makes a funny observation that it could actually be the other way around that this is the deers home and not the cats writing,

“plot twist: the deer lives there, the cat does not”

Either way, it sure makes for a funny heartwarming video for all to watch and enjoy. Reminding us that we really never know what could come through our doggy door when we let our furry friends out into the wilderness and they make friends and invite them over.
