Darci’s voice just keeps getting better and better. Not to mention, what a hard song to sing – and she pulls it off without even opening her mouth.

Darci Lynne Farmer recently returned to the stage of America’s Got Talent where she treated everyone to an unbelievable performance of “It’s A Man’s World.”

For several years Darci’s been stunning viewers with her singing and ventriloquism talents. Along with her puppet Petunia, her rendition of the James Brown classic once again showed the world why she deserves to be a star.

There have been more than a dozen seasons of AGT where we’ve seen highly-skilled performers take the crown. Darci was one of those winners – and has stood out as a fan-favorite ever since we first met her in Season 12.

The Oklahoma native was only 12-years-old when she first auditioned for the NBC show. She had brought along her bunny Petunia, which left the judges curious about the ventriloquism act they were about to witness.

It didn’t take long for Darci to blow everyone away with her humor, singing skills – and of course, the ability to throw her voice into her puppet.

In fact, the judges were so impressed that Mel B awarded Darci the ultimate AGT honor, The Golden Buzzer. Her audition alone has been watched over 61 million times.

That performance was only the beginning for Darci, who’s since been traveling down a road of stardom.

After becoming the Season 12 winner, she’s continued to entertain crowds as a singer and ventriloquist. Her puppet friends have become famous as well, including sassy Petunia, Katie the yodeler, Oscar, and more.

According to her website, ventriloquism has been Darci’s key to overcoming her issues with shyness. She now has a long list of shows she’s appeared on such as Little Big Shots, TODAY, and Ellen – which is pretty incredible for a girl who grew up being timid.

In addition, Darci (who’s now 14) became the runner-up of 2019’s America’s Got Talent: The Champions.

During the most recent season of AGT, Darci Lynne was invited back to perform at the Live Shows. And who better to join her than her diva-like puppet Petunia, who’s been along for the ride every step of the way.

Darci’s song choice for the appearance was the 1966 James Brown Hit, “It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World.” Although it’s been covered by many artists over the decades, likely you’ve never seen a puppet sing it before.

Once again Darci proved her incredible ventriloquist and singing skills by throwing her voice into Petunia for a breathtaking performance.

Amazingly, Darci allows the puppet to sing the entire song – high notes and all! Her combination of talents is still leaving many of our minds blown.

In May 2019, she explained to The Oklahoman:

“Singing with my mouth open is way different than with closed because I can actually get the right technical things that come along with singing, like saying your vowels right, opening your mouth at the right time. The breathing techniques are different. It’s definitely easier singing with my mouth open.”

While we’ve been watching Darci on stage for the past couple of years now – her recent AGT performance has been setting the internet on fire. One viewer commented on YouTube:

“Her ventriloquism skills are perfect now. She didn’t move her lips a bit. She is definitely the best and sure most loved AGT star.”

Another person wrote:
