Is there anything cuter than babies?
Twin babies, that’s what! Especially when their dancing in sync like these two identical and adorable baby girls.
Music is really a universal language. Well, that sentiment is further proven by this video in which we can see the twins dance that was posted by YouTube user Brovadere, who is also the twins’ father.
Recognizing the familiar sound of their father playing a song he composed for them on his guitar, the pair couldn’t contain their happiness, and they expressed it the only way they know how – bopping and dancing in their highchairs along with the music.
And luckily for us, mom was prepared and there to capture the moment!
Music in early childhood
Apparently, music really does hold an important role in a person’s childhood.
According to an article in Parents Magazine, music has been proven to help babies move around, and it can also play a part in helping them to develop language. What more, introducing your child early to music can help them learn to express their feelings in both a healthy and active manner.
It’s also been observed that babies who are encouraged to dance to music tend to more smile more, be easier to soothe when crying, and are more eager to get to know the new world around them.
Listening to music together with your kids is also a great way for you to bond with them and strengthen your parent-child relationship.
Better get that old playlist of yours and listen to some tunes while playing with your kids. It doesn’t really matter what kind of songs you listen to. If you break out some favorites, your kids may end up loving those same songs too – talk about a bonding moment!
It also helps general happiness levels for everyone if the music is something that everyone in the house can enjoy.
And we can see this theory in action in the video of our cute twin girls. Fortunately, their dad is musically inclined, so we can all enjoy the music.
The song played in the video is called ‘My Paradise’ and was composed by the dad while the babies were still in their mom’s belly. It seems like it’s pretty special to the whole family, and especially the twins.
We’re not the only ones amused
Of course, we’re not the only ones to appreciate the lovely and adorable video of these two.
Since being posted, the video has garnered over 27 million views on YouTube and attracted a slew of well-wishers and positive comments.
One comment even theorized about what might have been going on in the twins’ minds when they heard the song:
“I really LOVE how the girls look at each other when the music starts. Like, ‘OMG sis! Remember this song?! It’s our favorite!!’ Tooooo cute!!!!”
