We share some of the most magical, precious, and funny moments with the babies in our lives. Whether you are a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, sibling, or cousin sharing these precious moments with babies can bring us the utmost joy. Although most times the moments we share with children can be magical there are times that test our patience, compassion, and wisdom that we pass along to the generations of the future.
At just 4-weeks-old one baby had to have a serious talk with her father who was questioning her about why she started crying out of nowhere.
He begins by questioning his daughter about why all of a sudden she broke out in tears when just a moment ago she was just sitting very quietly and he, as her father, needs to know why.
When her father begins his first questioning the baby starts to crack a smile as her mother onlooking and also filming begins to giggle at the situation occurring before her. But despite the two giggling and smiling he remains stern in his serious talk.
But the baby isn’t so phased by her father and continues to smile. However, just as the baby isn’t phased by her fathers questioning her father isn’t phased by the smiling and proceeds to question why she was crying,
“I’m curious go ahead and tell me why you were crying I would like to know. You can’t tell me? Your dad would like to know why you are crying.”
But for the first time of many, she gives her dad her best poker face. Still not cracking on his stern interrogation.
Yet her father continues his questioning and for again for the first time of many, he reminds her that she’s getting older now and she’s almost an adult. Letting her know that as an adult there is no more crying. He states,
“There is no crying. There is no..you’re an adult now almost. You’re almost four weeks old. There is no more crying.”
She then begins to smirk. Her father then decides to wrap up his “serious talk” with his daughter by letting her know that she will only be smiling from now on. She seems to show her father that she understands by giving him an even bigger smile which in turn makes her mom laugh out loud and her dad finally smile too.
He then leans into his daughter giving her a gentle kiss as she continues to smile. The first serious chat of many as she grows up, as well as, many more smiles and giggles to be shared with her parents. Another video showing us that even in their moments of tantrums, meltdowns, or mess-ups our special little ones always seem to know to make us crack a smile or let out a giggle even during the most serious of talks.
