According to the United States Department of State, estimates are closer to 20,000. Some children are reported to have been sold into adoption overseas. – Wikipedia

Guo’s kid was outside playing when a female suspect saw him. Years later, the police have identified her as “Tang”. She grabbed the boy and took him to her partner at the bus stop where he was taken by her partner, Hu.

After a bus ride, they took him to an intercity neighborhood in the Henan province and sold him.
