Being a dad comes with a lot of unexpected responsibilities.

In addition to making sure your kids are protected and fed, you also have to be engaged and get down on their level. That means playing with them and doing things you might not normally do. It may be a particular challenge for dads who have daughters and who view themselves as too “manly” to do whatever their daughter wants to do.

Fortunately, that’s not the case for Josh Rinder, the dad in this daddy and daughter story.

As anyone who watches the Today Show knows, there is a much-celebrated daddy and daughter dance contest every year.

In the contest, the show creates a hashtag and encourages daddies and daughters around the United States to submit their best dance videos for the competition. And, of course, whoever wins the contest is showered with all sorts of prizes. Though there are always plenty of strong competitors, one pair stood out.

In one video, one daddy and daughter danced to Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling” and took the internet by storm.

As the song starts, Rinder and his six-year-old daughter Audrey warm up with some clapping.

The daughter wears a cute pink dress while the dad tries to match her wearing some checkered pink pants. Once the beat picks up, the two set into a routine of choreographed moves that are adorable and awesome! There’s plenty of jumping around, hip shaking, shimmying—there’s even a few dabs thrown in for good measure.

As of today, the video has more than 12 million views on YouTube!

In fact, the performance was so popular that it even got a special reaction from Justin Timberlake himself.

Because the video was so widely shared, it of course found its way onto Twitter where Timberlake reposted it:

With such stiff competition, the Today Show had a hard time choosing a winner.

Fortunately for everyone involved, there was no need to single out just one pair. Rinder explained himself in the comments of the video:

“Thanks for all the nice comments guys! We were actually invited to participate in a Daddy/Daughter Dance-Off on The Today Show this past week against 2 other viral duos. They ended up giving all of us the winning prizes and extending our stay in New York for the rest of the week. Incredible experience. thanks again for all of the comments/shares!”

Congratulations to Josh and Audrey!
