Dad Bag Makes For A Great Dad Bod
This is too funny! It's functional and hilarious.

I’m not sure who invented the “Dad Bod” or why, but despite mixed feelings on it, the Dad Bod trend has taken off like wild fire, spreading across every college campus and hipster hangout with a speed and perseverance that most Dad Bod admirers lack. In fact, it is in large part thanks to that very lack of motivation that the DadBag was invented (that, and a concern for consumer health).

Albert Pukies, a Bored Panda contributor and apparently part-time inventor, wanted to hop on the Dad Bod trend but without all the health risks associated with the real deal. He quickly realized that his concern was likely one that likely plagued thousands of other millennials across the nation, and so he invented the DadBag.

A fanny-pack style pouch that rests right where a normal belly pooch would lie, this bag is printed with–you guessed it–a dad belly. But he didn’t stop there. All dad bellies are different, and he wanted to ensure that everyone could find a bag that looked just like their own dad’s belly. It’s brilliant, really.

Thanks to Pukie’s ingenuity, people everywhere–men and women, girls and boys alike–can hop aboard the Dad Bod train without risking their health (or, you know, their dignity).

As of right now, the DadBag comes in six designs:

1. The Allen

Pukies even took his DadBag for a test run, rocking it up and down the streets of his neighborhood. As someone who is not a fan of the Dad Bod, even I have to admit, this is one fanny pack that looks…dare I say…cool?

In some pictures, Pukies got real and partook in a favored dad beverage and America’s favorite beer.

Not feeling thirsty? Use your DadBag to store your beverages and other valuables until you need them.

I’ve got to hand it to Pukies, he may have taken the easy way out with this fanny pack (a true dad works for his dad bod), but this thing looks extremely realistic.

Hit Whole Foods or Trader Joes with your DadBag in tow and you’re bound to be the envy of every man in there.

Must to the dismay of women everywhere but to the delight of just as many dads, it seems as if the Dad Bod isn’t going anywhere.

Whether or not you’re into the trend, help non-dads everywhere achieve their dream of owning a Dad Bod and while you’re at it, support Pukie’s dream of making the DadBag a reality. His bag is just a prototype, but with your help, he can get the funding he needs to mass produce these delightful fanny packs.
