Now, this was something that took me a long time to realize.
Maybe itโs because I was young, and a guy, and had no real experience with a baby that meant anything to me.
But right around 26 years old, I started to understand why other people went so crazy for cute little babies.
And that realization came about for two reasons:
For one, my sister had just given birth to her first child (which was also my first nephew) and for the first time, I was able to hold and interact with a baby that I actually had feelings for.
And two, I started seeing myself as a person who was at a reasonable age to actually have a baby of my own.
So when I saw other cute babies, I started to picture myself having one as well.
I was still a long way off from being ready to raise a little baby (and still am), but that didnโt (and doesnโt) change the fact that the possibility seems more realistic to me now.
So when I saw this video of a cute little baby reacting to her dad as she wakes up, I couldnโt help but smile.
Little Mickey was asleep in her crib when her dad decides to come in and watch his precious child sleep.
Although her dad is enjoying this moment just as much as she is, it is an even better moment for her.
This is because having a loving and affectionate dad is crucial for her as she grows.
