Here’s their most affordable model — the 8 foot by 8 foot tiny home mentioned above. The way these tiny homes are built is with an arched roof, giving homeowners unprecedented space when it comes to a tiny home. This allows homeowners to have a comfortable living area in the bottom and a loft for sleeping up top.
$20,000+ Model
The company’s most expensive base model is around $20,000 with all of the upgrades. This is still very affordable while allowing for more space and special features. These more expensive tiny homes are more comparable to a small house, with the largest model measuring 30 feet by 40 feet.
The kit for this larger model tiny homes only costs $18,000. Even if you have the kit delivered (which costs extra), you only have to pay $2.50 per mile for the largest-sized homes. This makes the larger homes an affordable option for homeowners wanting a larger-sized tiny home.
