This Portuguese bride Rebeca Brantes loves to travel the world and recently got married to the love of her life, but she didn’t have any female friends in college she could ask as her bridesmaids.
The Computer Engineering student decided to have a traditional photoshoot with the ‘bridesmaids’ anyway, and her male friends were very happy to oblige.
The result is a hilarious and heartwarming bridesmaids photoshoot. All of her male engineering friends dressed in pink “robes” and took photos with the bride-to-be in a bunch of funny poses.
A photographer shot a number of pictures of Rebeca and her friends and we have to admit that they’re absolutely phenomenal. In this photo, the group is having casual “girl talk” as they sip wine and discuss a magazine. We wouldn’t be surprised if its Cosmopolitan!
Taken in a bachelorette party theme, the bride is seen having fun with her bridesmaids, trying out the wedding dress and enjoying some wellness treatments together.
The friends are dressed in flashy pink dresses, which truly creates hilarious pictures.
Fernando Duque, the photographer who was responsible for the shoot, had the time of his life.

Rebeca Brantes shows us that girls do not always have to have best friends that are also girls. In her case, her best friends from school are guys, and ultimately, that is okay. It shouldn’t matter whether her bridesmaids (and Maid of Honor) happen to be guys. As long as she is happy, we are too.
