It’s one of the most important moments in an engaged couple’s life. A moment that the groom-to-be dreams about… the big reveal.
Seeing his bride-to-be in an exquisite gown all dolled up to the nines in a way they’ve likely never seen before.
And that moment is also anticipated by the bride-to-be, seeing the look on her groom-to-be’s face when he finally gets to see her in the dress that she’s been talking about for months.
One bride, however, had a different image in her head of how the big reveal should go.
As her darling fiancé anxiously waited with his back turned, the bride snuck up behind him. When it was finally time for him to turn around, he found an extinct creature standing before him.
Let’s just say it wasn’t what he was expecting.
What he saw was his bride to be in a tall orange T-Rex costume. He broke out laughing hysterically and he walked over to her as she hopped toward him.
“Are you mad that I did this,” she asked.
“No!” he said giggling as he tried to kiss her through the costume.
Then she asked to be unzipped out of the giant reptile suit and he agreed. He helps his bride get out of the costume and revealed his gorgeous woman in her beautiful gown.
“I love you so much,” he said still laughing.
After a few more exchanges of “I love yous” the couple got serious and down to business to take some stunning wedding photos of them with the sunset behind them.
“This is the best first look I’ve ever seen and I’ve seen a lot!” said Jon Clark, the wedding cinematographer who posted the video on YouTube. “When the bride tells you she’s dressing up like a T-Rex you know it’s going to be a fun wedding! Best wedding video ever!”
The more than 3 million people who watched the video on YouTube thought so too!
“OMG, you hold on to that woman for as hard as you can,” one commenter wrote. “A woman with that kind of humor is gold.”
Those who commented on the video had a sense of humor of their own.
“I now pronounce you man and dinosaur,” said one of them.
“I ain’t buyin’ it sweetheart, now take off the human costume,” said another.
This is the definition of “relationship goals” all the way!
