Some weddings can be bland affairs. Others are often tight and traditional. Some donโ€™t even allow alcohol. But other couples, fortunately, like to mix it up, keeping their friends and family surprised and engaged.

David and Hazelโ€™s wedding proceeds as usual as the couple begins their first (slow) dance to โ€œBless The Broken Roadโ€ by Rascal Flatts. So far, nothingโ€™s unusual here, everything going by the book. For about a minute and a half, they continue at a smooth pace.

Suddenly, the music starts to unravel, sounding like the breaking of a film loop in a horror movie. Then, the bride separates from her groom by pushing him away playfully. She then starts running around the dance floor and clapping to the beat of a completely different song, โ€œWobbleโ€ by New York City rapper V.I.C.

The audience loses it and starts clapping, joining in on the surprising fun. The bride continues her circular path around the dance floor, hyping up the crowd. At this point, friends and family have their phones out, gleefully recording the entire performance.

She then presents herself in front of her seemingly puzzled groom, lifting up her dress to reveal sparkling silver shoes. She proceeds to โ€œwobble,โ€ performing a quick, ferocious series of dance steps. Her silver, flat-bottom shoes sparkle atop the lights of the dance floor, providing a glamorous supplement to her lush, white wedding dress.

โ€œThe Wobbleโ€ is a dance made popular by rapper V.I.C. and his song โ€œWobbleโ€ from the year 2015. In-depth instructions and steps to the dance can be found here on WikiHow.

The groom, appearing surprised at first, then takes matters into his own hands, proceeding to start his own โ€œwobbling.โ€ Heโ€™s incredibly quick on his feet and can easily hold a rhythm. He performs the appropriate steps and hand motions before the two take turns exchanging solo dances directed at each other.

As to whoโ€™s the better dancer is hard to tell. They both perform their moves quickly and admirably with no noticeable missteps. But the bride gets extra points for performing effortlessly with a giant wedding dress on. In the groomโ€™s defense, dancing with a tight suit on isnโ€™t exactly easy, either.

The performance ends with a duo dance and both partners in line, waving their hands in either direction to the beat. They look like theyโ€™re having a lot of fun, judging by the smiles on their faces.

The performance is wrapped up with one last hearty smile. The two lovers embrace a final time at the end of the โ€œWobble,โ€ adding a cherry atop their surprising dance performance. The smiles on their faces symbolize their romance, as well as the totality of fun they and the audience members have during the unexpected routine.

Weddings are always memorable affairs, but that doesnโ€™t mean theyโ€™re fun. Itโ€™s surprisingly easy to bore an audience during a wedding, but not for this couple. Itโ€™s safe to say that David and Hazelโ€™s wedding will not only be memorable for them, but for everyone else involved.
