Within the 1st notes, he already convinced a judge he was a budding star.

Like with every blind audition, the judges are sitting in the opposite direction of the contestant, facing the audience and cast their vote based on how well they are moved by the performance of the contestant.

Here, it didn’t take long for one of the judges, LOBODA, to cast her vote the moment Bagratyan uttered the first few words of the song with “empty spaces,” much to the surprise of the other two judges, not that they could blame her as they too were charmed by the sweet melodies of the young passionate singer.

At this point, not only were Bagratyan’s family and friends behind the glass at the back of the stage elated by his powerful cords, but the audience also wanted to make sure to praise him proudly by giving him a standing ovation as while he went on.

He put on a performance that Freddie himself would have been proud of.

But it was when he hit the high notes of “The Show Must Go On” that brought out the loud screams and enjoys both the audience as well as the boy’s family in the back. LOBODA herself couldn’t help but stand and rock out to bold and tantalizing vocals being emanated by this now promising young star. Even the other coaches Valery Meladze and Pelageya, while still listening with their backs turned, were enjoying themselves singing along.

Every one of the judges was clearly captivated by what they heard as the audience was audibly chanting Bagratyan’s name as they were clapping.

Finally, Valery Meladze also put his vote in as Bagratyan opened up with the second verse of “the show must go on” and the cheers from the audience were starting to boom up followed by a couple of happy tears as well.

At last, the final note from the boy was universally received with both cheers, claps, and whistles. LOBODA was brought to her knees and Pelageya too joined in on the fun in congratulating Bagratyan for is moving performance.
