With work culture shifting after the pandemic, some offices are getting creative.

A TikTok user recently went viral when she toured people in the setup of their company’s Missouri headquarters.

While most of us are either working at home or working on-site, the company managed to capture the best of both worlds.

TikTok user Kylie showed other users something that looked like a movie set.

One thing that you can easily notice is the row of seemingly mini suburban houses.

The mini houses have doors, windows, and even slanted roof structures.

The office is laid out in a warehouse site that can accommodate such a floor plan.

It was an instant hit with the people on the internet.

People don’t walk down rows of cubicles.

Instead, they walk down “sidewalks” leading from one house to another.

They also just don’t barge into desks.

Instead, they knock on doors like neighbors.

They also have common areas like a barn where the pantry and the restrooms are located.

A park with hammocks, park benches, and even a fountain.

The whole area has turf grass, picket fences, and plant boxes.

It is an entire world inside an office space.

On top of privacy, the “cubicles” also encourage individual creative expression.

A bright pink “castle house” can easily be noticed in the video.

It belongs to the company owner’s wife, who’s also working for the company.

When the TikTok user peeped into the windows, you can see people not just decorating their desks, but their entire workspace as well. Desk photos? Nah, they have full-on gallery paintings

hanging on the walls.

TikTok user Kylie even brought in small ottomans to flank her windows.

Her space also has a Nordic-style end table, and a rustic rug divides a space for work and play.

People flocked to the comment section of her series of videos to express their appreciation.

One comment said, “I would love to tell a coworker to get out of my house.”

“I would actually get up excited to go to work, skipping along to my little house,” another comment said.

With the global market trends shifting, companies should think of ways to engage their workforce.

In an article from Forbes, they explained that adaptability and flexibility will be common themes in the future.

Digital nomads and a globalized workforce pool mean that companies should reconcile with the fact that remote work might be here to stay.

Companies that can digitize and adapt to a remote setup can save money on real estate while investing talent from a bigger pool of potential.

No matter the case, we can all agree that this Missouri company is trying its best to keep its employees happy.

They might not be working from home, but they’re definitely working from a home.
