Your wardrobe says it all! You can tell so much about a person just from the way they dress. A simple individual who doesn’t ask for much because they don’t need much?

You better believe they are going to reflect it with a simple outfit that works pretty much anywhere.

How about someone who loves to be extra and knows that a flashy outfit is the best way to show their bubbly personality?

Their clothes will reflect it!

Personality isn’t the only thing that clothing speaks to, either.

Someone’s clothing is primarily reflected in their age.

Thankfully, each generation has some CLASSIC styles that never really go out of style. Still, depending on the types of things you wear, we can still make some pretty good guesses about which generation you came from!

Baby Boomers have cultivated some of the most classic styles around.

Before we go into any of those styles, we have to know what a Boomer is! A “Baby Boomer” is:

born between 1946 and 1964. They’re currently between 57-75 years old (71.6 million in the U.S.) – Kasasa

Boomers were often the first people to ever push the limits in what we might call “modern fashion”!

As a result, there are still some trends that exist today that can be traced all the way back to the original “boomer” days.

We’ve even made a quiz to prove that we can guess your age just from how you dress!

Take the Bikini, for instance.

“With no popular fashion model willing to wear this daring piece, it was originally modeled by Micheline Bernardini, a dancer from a music hall, at a press conference in Paris. While French women welcomed the design, the Catholic Church scorned it, and the media found it scandalous. The majority of the Western world did not catch on to the fashion trend immediately. It was only as Brigitte Bardot strolled the beaches of Corsica in Manina, the Girl in the Bikini and Ursula Andress made every girl dream of being a Bond Girl in Dr. No, that the bikini gained wide acceptance in Western society.” – The Fashion Globe

Among things like the bikini were the mini-skirt, the high boot, and so much more! There’s such a rich legacy of fashion that we all can look back on – see if you match any of the popular trends of your day below!

The quiz below will really prove if you dress like a Boomer or not!
