An ambitious man knows exactly what he wants – and not just in his career.

He’s driven and knows how to achieve success, which means he’ll naturally know how to impress his dates – and how to quickly find the woman for him.

Expert dating coach Jason Silver says that to find these men, you need to look in the right places.

There’s no point trying to attract a successful man in places they’re not often known to frequent, after all.

To help us all out, Jason has produced a handy video that highlights the three best places to get approached by successful men.

1. Boating or Sailing Clubs

If you have any boating or sailing clubs in your local area, paying them a visit is a great way to meet successful men who are looking to have fun – and a lot of the time, these men may be looking for people to join their crew. Even if you don’t know the first thing about boating, this is usually something you can learn over time from experience, so don’t be afraid to get involved!

Don’t worry if you don’t have any boating or sailing clubs nearby. There are other sports that quality, upscale men do, including squash, polo, tennis and racquetball.

2. Business Networking Events

Jason says he’s surprised that women aren’t already flocking to interesting business networking events in their local area, as it’s often a place where you can meet smart, driven and motivated men.

You can attend many of these events purely for personal interest purposes, though if you have your own business or passion to promote, even better. Ambitious men love ambitious women, so show them what you care about!

The best events are start-up exhibits where young, driven business founders are showcasing their businesses to affluent, successful venture capitalists who are looking to invest in hungry entrepreneurs.

Here, the audience is typically male-dominated, and you can almost guarantee that the older investors are the men you’re looking for.

3. Coffee Shops in Financial Districts

We all know that coffee shops are a great way to meet men in general, but you’ll narrow down your search significantly by visiting coffee shops in areas where successful men are more likely to frequent.

Men who work in financial districts are likely to stop by at their local coffee shop on breaks from work. As Jason says, caffeine is a stimulant – it puts people in happy moods and decreases anxiety, making them more outgoing and more likely to open up to a stranger than if they were at, let’s say, a grocery store. If you’re in the right district, you’re most likely to meet a high-quality man.

4. Bonus Locations

Jason’s three locations are a great place to start, but there are plenty more places where you can meet successful men. Charity auctions, exclusive gyms, fine dining establishments, luxury department stores and auction houses are also great options if you really want to get yourself out there.

Remember, a successful man is more likely to tick your boxes, but don’t rush it! There’s plenty of time to find the guy you’re looking for – as long as you know where to look.
