The listing states that it can accommodate up to four guests in its two-bedroom and one-bath living space.
Located near Amsterdam Lake, Amsterdam Forest, and Olympic Stadium, there is certainly a lot to do in the area.
Apparently, the owners who live next door will even provide free bikes for their guests to explore around.
“Living on the water is a nice tradition in Amsterdam. Experience this on our beautifully designed houseboat. 4 Bikes are included to explore our great city,” the listing reads.
According to reviews, the space is brand new, very nice, and super modern.
Judging by the living room photos, it definitely looks that way. It seems like quite a lot of space for a houseboat too.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook in case you want to prepare some food, including a stove and oven.
Its clean-cut look is both simple and luxurious at the same time.
Once you’re done cooking, the dinner table located a few feet away is a great place to sit down and enjoy your meal. There is ample room for at least four people.
The bedrooms are both located on the second floor, and you can see the stairs leading up to them in the back behind the couch.
Auping beds are used in both bedrooms, guaranteeing a nice comfortable sleep.
After taking a nap in one of these double beds, you’ll be all rested up and ready to enjoy everything the city has to offer. If you need to sleep an extra person, the couch downstairs pulls out into a sleeper sofa as well.
This fancy bathroom comes complete with something you probably thought you would never see on a houseboat — that’s right, a full-sized bathtub!
The tile backdrop provides for quite the relaxing atmosphere.
There are also two toilets which is definitely a nice thing to have. You never know when you are going to have to go.
Fancy a shower instead of a bath? No problem. This houseboat has got you covered.
In our opinion, the best part of the whole place is the rooftop terrace. There is no better way to wind down at the end of the day than relaxing on the roof with a nice cocktail in hand.
It would also be a great place to eat dinner if the weather is looking good. With a 360-degree view, you’ll be able to see in all directions, soaking in all the incredible sights.
While Amsterdam is a fantastic historical city and there is a lot of fun to be had there just wandering around, having a cool place to stay like the Houseboat Nova is one of the things that can quickly take an already amazing vacation to the next level.
