Andreas Kümmert is a singer who auditioned for The Voice Germany. During his blind audition, he sang the classic song by Elton John, “Rocket Man.”
His family is nervously watching from the back, as the crowd immediately takes to Kümmert’s unique voice. The Judges’ are clearly enjoying the singer’s cover of the legendary song.
The crowd goes wild as Andreas hits all the right notes. Just seconds into the performance, the first judge spins his chair!
Andreas’s singing ability is apparent as he hits notes that even most seasoned singers can’t hit. There’s something about the whole performance that is just magical!
The crowd gets loader while Andreas manipulates his voice to showcase his vocal range. The cheering audience triggers Andreas’s family, they begin screaming and jumping up and down backstage. Within the first 30 seconds a judge slaps his red button with excitement, will the other judges follow suit?
The judges’ can’t ignore the brilliant notes the singer is hitting. All at once, the remaining judges’ scramble to hit their red buttons.

As soon as Andreas hit’s the high notes with perfect precision, the three remaining judges can’t hit their button’s fast enough. It looks like they coordinated the whole thing as their chairs simultaneously spin around. Andreas now had all 4 judges on board and watching his performance.
The judges’ can’t get enough of Andreas, one judge even bows down to the floor as if to praise the singer.
Andreas’s brilliant performance has all four judges’ reeling with excitement. The dance around and look at each other with surprise, one judge even gets down on her hands and knees and bows to the contestant.
The audience is captivated, the judges love it, and Andreas’s family is thrilled for the talented artist. Music is an amazing tool that brings people together every day. Andreas makes this classic song his own, showcasing the strong points of his voice and it is jaw-dropping! Now that all four judges have spun their chairs, he moved on to the next round!
