Cakes are a delicious creation that make every party even better. While most of us enjoy cakes for their tastes, these days cakes are a lot more. Some cakes are more like works of art than something to be snacked on.
The things that people can do with cake is simply incredible. They make cakes that don’t look like cakes at all. But when you slice into them, it’s definitely cake.
Cakes are created to be massive, look like animals, and even represent our favorite movies. These cakes are so amazing looking it’s almost a shame to cut into it and eat it. But who can say no to cake?

This cake looks exactly like a furry tiger. It’s even tiger colored on the inside. Each piece of “fur” is a cut sliver of edible material painstakingly placed on top of the cake.

3) Up! Cake
OMG! Look how fun this cake is. It’s the balloon house cake from Up! This cake even has the characters on it.
This stripper is making bank right now. Look at all those hundred dollar bills! I don’t think that striper Barbie is made out of cake though. It looks like a real Barbie.
This is an “Alice in Wonderland Cake.” We’ve got the White Rabbit, the Hatter’s hat, and a tea cup top. But those roses are beautifully crafted. They look so real!
If only all concrete was this pretty. It has a gorgeous pearly finish. It’s perfectly complimented by the gold accents. The colors in this cake are really subtle but they go together so well.
This would be my first choice for a fancy cake. It’s Prison Mike. One of Michael Scott’s character’s from The Office. I can only imagine how happy the person who got this cake was when they first laid eyes on it.
I could look at this cake all day. All those rainbow flowers are so pretty. The coloring in this cake is just gorgeous. And let’s not forget this dainty unicorn.
Pikachu looks like he’s having a lot of fun balancing on this cake. Well, balancing on a Pokéball. The characters look cute enough to eat on this cake.
When we think of the Man of Steel, we think of Superman. But that’s not where this cake was going. It’s for a man who works with steel and it looks pretty darn cool.
This is one of my favs on the list. Because of the originality of the idea for the cake AND because everything looks so real. Those roses are crazy beautiful.
Author Danielle Steel wrote this book just for someone’s birthday. Not really, it’s a cake. It probably tastes as good as it is to read a Danielle Steel novel.
