What lengths do you go to for the perfect Instagram pics? Are you willing to die for your content? There are some people out there who have done some pretty questionable things in a quest for more followers. Let’s see just how far they’ve gone.

I’m not sure if you should be reppin’ fitness/yoga if you can’t even hold the position… but that’s the magic of social media… you can fake anything!

This model became infamous when she decided to hang off the side of a skyscraper in Dubai for a pic. She didn’t have any protective gear or even so much as a rope to catch her if she fell. Just the strength of her photographer’s arm and a whole lot of trust. She survived. But was it worth it?

She faked an entire trip to Paris! She continued photoshopping herself into photos (pretty badly) until her fans realized something was off.
She still has the photos up on her Instagram, and maintains that she did actually go to Paris, but has admitted to photoshopping different backgrounds on to her images. Weird.
51) These people who were called out by the Auschwitz Museum
They were fed up with people coming to the historical site and taking insensitive images, including some people doing yoga poses on the memorial. Yikes.
You can probably take just a few hours off influencing when visiting Auschwitz. Your followers will forgive you.

This couple went to great lengths to get a photo of them hanging off the side of a moving train in Sri Lanka.
Again… I’d probably rather just make it to my destination in one piece. It’s an epic pic though, I’ll give them that.

The rapper was caught in the act, posting a pic of a private jet and pretending it was his while sitting on a commercial flight just like the rest of us.
His seat mate posted the evidence to Twitter, and started the #BowWowChallenge. Ounch.

They’re arguably the most famous travel couple on Instagram, so you think by now they’d have enough followers that they don’t have to risk their lives for the gram! But here we are.

He is really good at what he does, but it’s a miracle he hasn’t hurt himself yet… or worse.

This is making me dizzy! He’s a climber by trade but surely having to worry about a camera and getting the perfect shot while you’re up there would be too much! This photo defies all logic.

This guy tried to get a cool shot of him hopping from post to post…. but didn’t quite stick the landing.

He hooked his toy plastic car up to the back of a real one while it was driving, and somehow lost control. He smashed into the other vehicle and luckily is okay, but don’t do this!!!

You can pay to take a photo in a private jet. Well, a fake private jet.
I don’t see why you would. Especially when everyone else who’s visited that exact same set has an identical photo so it’s pretty obvious it’s not a real plane.
Pretty embarrassing when your followers find out… no?
Some people really will do anything for the ‘gram! Having great content is one thing, but you might end up as the subject of someone else’s content if you’re doing something crazy to get the perfect pic.
