When summertime rolls around, dogs are itching to shed their winter coat and sport a fresh new look. Just like us, sometimes they love what they see, and other times their sour expression says it all.

1) Puff Doggy
This little sweetie went from looking “ruff” and gruff to fine and dandy! Who knew there was a class act hiding underneath all that fluffy fur?
This bichon maltese couldn’t even see through all the fur covering her eyes. With her new, perfectly coiffed doggy ‘do, all she wants to do is see and be seen. She looks so surreal!
Before her trim, this gray-haired cutie looked like she just didn’t care anymore. But, look at the change in her posture in the after photo. She’s totally owning her cool new style!
This poodle mix had so much shaggy hair, he couldn’t even see straight. Now he has plenty of sass, and you can see the interesting pattern in his black and white fur.
This poodle was supposed to be a show dog, but her hairstyle was just all wrong to play that part. A little snip here, some pom-pom cuts there, and she’s ready to win her show dog princess title back!
The pile of fur that the groomer shaved off is bigger than the actual pooch! He must feel oodles better without all that extra fluff weighing him down.

Poor little Ellen had been abused, and when she was first discovered rescuers couldn’t figure out if she was a boy or girl. After 2 pounds of mated fur was shaved off, the big reveal showed her to be a sweet little girl.

This scrappy fella didn’t command much attention before his makeover. Now he’s got everyone’s attention with his spiffy new ‘do! If dogs could be hipsters, he’d be the boss of them all.
This pooch probably used to bump into a lot of things with all that fuzz covering his eyes. Now he’s just a cute, chocolate teddy bear that everyone wants to bump into.
Nutella went in for a little trim, and she came out with the cutest ears imaginable! Sometimes all you need is an inch off the ends to perk up your style.
It’s amazing what a straightening iron can do, even for doggos. This little lady went from having beachy waves to straight locks, and now she looks like a regal little pup.
“Yes, I said give me Princess Leia donut ears!” We’ve seen groomers turn dogs into lions, but now they’re going sci-fi. This is out of this world cute!
It’s not hard to see why this is called the “monkey cut.” He looks exactly like one! Hopefully he won’t be monkeying around too much when his humans aren’t at home.
“Quit looking at me, I’m still getting dressed! Okay, now you can look at me.”
This dog looked a little bit upset that everyone was staring at him. But after being pampered, he newly appreciative of his down home good doggo looks.
This pooch had a lot going on in her “before” and almost looked like Don King and Phyllis Diller had a pup. All she needed was just the right style, and that blingy doggy bone collar is the perfect accessory to her new look.
Olive the mini poodle was only slightly scruffy before she went to the groomer, but now she’s mega cute with that bob cut of hers. With all the fur off her face, you can see her sweet brown eyes.
This Porkie is so happy about his new look, he busted out into a cheeky “downward dog” pose. This little ham is a natural yogi and is totally ready for Instagram!
I’m not sure what kind of dog this tiny little peach is. He was cute before he went to the groomer, but now it’s impossible not to stare at him all day. Just look at those eyes!
This girl looks like she stood still during the entire time she was trimmed. Or maybe that’s just her everyday Instagram pose. Whatever the case, this Pom is sooooo adorable!
Chance was a mess when he came in with his new family.
“They wanted him to feel fresh. He had some very matted areas and he was very dirty. With a great Furminator package Chance now feels like a new dog :)! Happy for you buddy.”
Bently had lots of scraggly hair, but it wasn’t until after he was groomed that you an see his cute spots. The only question is, are there 101 of them?
These mutts didn’t even know a half mini poodle, quarter pug, and quarter Chihuahua is supposed to look like. Who would have know that they could look like such dapper furballs!
Maggie was a little “ruff” around the edges when she went in, but now she’s back to her usual gorgeous self. Being the prettiest dog that ever lived takes work, you know!
