The premise is simple – he asks everyone if he can pet their dog. If they oblige, he also gets a photo with the dog and posts a little bit about the pups in his captions, including their breed, age, and backstory (and any special likes or tricks, such as systematically removing all the candy canes from their family’s Christmas tree).
According to the FAQ on his website, he’s pet 1,017 dogs so far and his favorite breeds are an eclectic mix of bulldogs, chihuahuas, and Saint Bernards.
With over 500 photos on Instagram already, it’s a wonderful way to scroll yourself into a good mood.
