Being a teacher is NOT easy. Teachers face a myriad of challenges when they step into the classrooms. Lack of funding for books and supplies, inadequate teaching equipment, bureaucratic mandates, poor compensation, troubled students, crazy parents— you name it, teachers have to deal with it.

While these are issues most teachers have to deal with, sometimes on a daily basis, there are some teachers who do it with a smile. There are some teachers who, despite these challenges, go above and beyond their job requirements. Not only do they get the job done, but they seek to foster a love of learning in their students.

These are teachers that make going to school fun. The teachers that we never forget, no matter how much time passes. These are the teachers that deserve an A+.

1) Death by Fire

There was a wasp in this classroom. It was threatening the welfare of his students. Did this teacher gently nudge it out the window? No, he set it on fire.

2) Protest

This teacher is protesting. They decided to hold finals at 7 a.m. So, he came in his pajamas.

3) Genie Teacher

This teacher loves being a teacher. That’s why he goes to all of his students’ events even if they aren’t school related. It’s why he woke up 4 hours early to create this amazing genie getup.

4) Homework

Most kids dread having to do homework. But who doesn’t want to end world hunger? Not sure if anyone can master Kung Fu by Tuesday though.

5) No Making Out

This chemistry teacher was sick of people making out near his classroom. So, he hung up this sign. He had to at least make fun of them.
