Sibling love is like no other.
Older siblings often become protective and want to teach their younger siblings what they have already learned.
For this little girl, that is precisely what she felt when holding her baby sister.
She is pulling her sister tight into her chest; she is so excited and proud that she is holding her!
The big sister, Evelynn, can’t get enough of her baby sister, Annabelle, and they are so captivating to watch.
Tiny Annabelle is resting on her sister’s arms and seems to want to fall asleep as her sister showers her with affection. The video description reads:
“Evelynn was so happy that Annabelle fell asleep on her. She has been such a big helper, and She loves holding her baby sister any chance she gets!”
Although siblings may argue and get on each other’s nerves, they still share a special bond at the end of the day.
When Annabelle is older, she might just bother Evelynn as little sisters do—but just look at the way Evelynn looks at her baby sister. It’s pure love!
In a compilation video of siblings meeting their newborn siblings for the first time, we see a mix of reactions.
Some kids are nervous as their parents place the baby in their arms. We don’t blame them! Holding a new baby can be scary!
Other kids, like Evelynn, are so content and confident when they have their siblings on their laps that they don’t want to turn their little siblings over to their parents again.
It’s amazing to see their protective instincts take over as a big sibling.

Annabelle’s got her pacifier, but it seems to be Evelynn’s arms and voice that’s relaxing this adorable baby sister.
She is cradling and caressing her like no one, and nothing will harm the little one.
Even mom says so: “She looks like she’s gonna sleep on you like that.”
To which Evelynn kisses her sister on the head. She can’t stop smiling at her baby sister, and it is so cute! Annabelle looks up at her sister, coos and closes her eyes. And all the while, Evelynn cannot remove her sister.
“She is just content on you. You’re such a sweet big sister,” says their mom.
Mom even asks Evelynn if she’s okay with holding Annabelle as she sleeps and offers to take her.
But Evelynn is determined to be the best big sister she can be. She says, “I’ll be okay holding her. I don’t wanna make her mad.”
Annabelle is truly blessed to have Evelynn here. Those arms may be small, but to Annabelle, it’s her world!
