You think it’s a company representative responding to your message but in fact, it’s a “troll” disguised as a company representative responding back to you. This man, known as The Amazing Troll-Man, is a UK based comedian named Wesley Metcalfe who loves nothing more than messing with big companies and their upset customers – and their conversations are hilarious.
