You’ll only know this if you’ve tried to grow your hair past your waist: not everyone is destined for long hair. For some people, the split ends get all too much, or hair just stops growing and stays as it is. But for this family of Rapunzels, long hair is something they’re all familiar with.

This son has clearly inherited his dad’s love of sitting back with a nice drink in the swimming pool! They’re clearly living their best lives, and who can blame them? We can definitely think of worse things to inherit.

Parents often get told that their children look like them, but in this case, there really is no squinting to see it. This mom and daughter have a rare condition called heterochromia iridum, which gives them different colored eyes. Imagine having the best of both worlds – one blue eye and one brown eye. This little girl will always be reminded of her mom when she grows up every time she looks in the mirror.

It doesn’t always show, I guess because my eyebrows are kinda unruly and curly so sometimes the gap is covered, I also sometimes fill them especially because I’ve had people ask if I shaved the gap to be “cool”.”

Not only do they share the same love of guitars – they have the same build and the same hairstyles!

We all naturally sleep in our own positions, and this little boy and his dad have chosen exactly the same ones! Inheriting a sleep position is pretty random, but it makes for a funny photo.

It’s not only this adorable little girl who needs her daily drink from her bottle – dad needs his own daily beverage too! And he’s thought up an ingenius way to make sure he gets to drink at the same time as his daughter. She’s obviously inherited his love of a quick drink stop.

Looking at this mom on her own, you’d naturally assume that she’d dyed her hair to give it such a unique two-tone color. But then you check out her daughter, who has the same beautiful ringlet curls – in the same shades of light or dark! What a pretty gene to pass from one generation to the next.

Finally, this daughter doesn’t only look like her mom – she has the same tastes in beauty, too. Just look at those eyeliner flicks! They clearly both have skill with a makeup brush, and it’s passed down from mom to daughter.
