Everyone should have at least a handful of life hacks they apply to their lives. These life hacks are for anyone, but are primarily directed towards women. We all love to share our knowledge with each other, and these women have done just that! All to make our lives easier.
1) Wear Them In
Wearing new shoes on your day out, to work, or even to a friend’s house does not make for a fun day. It leaves you miserable with sore feet and blisters. But you have to wear them sometime. Why not around the house using thick, wool socks to stretch them a bit?
2) Don’t Dry Your Hair Out
It’s a little know fact that regular towels dry out your hair. While you can buy a rather overpriced microfiber one especially for hair, the cheaper option would be a big old, t-shirt that doesn’t get rid of your natural moisture.
3) No One Will Check Here
If someone sees a pad laying around (especially a man) they will likely leave it alone. Who knows where it has been? That makes it a great place tos tore your valuables. Want to really scare them? Add a stripe of red fingernail polish!
4) Perfect Shape
Tired of lopsided lips and round tops? This outline is foolproof! It’s important that you start with the “x” on top. This can be done without ever adding the other parts even!
5) No Slip Grip
I have to admit, I am one to use my teeth when a stubborn nail polish just won’t open. This ruins handles and teeth! But if you add rubber bands, you can open them with your hands!
6) Where Does the Button Go?
You know how some clothes come with extra buttons then the buttons get thrown into a drawer of random stuff and forgotten about? This is a way to fix that because sometimes, you actually do lose a button.
7) Double the Space
This saves so much space and all you need are a few soda tabs. Easy enough, and it gives you an excuse to buy that 12-pack this week. This can double your closet space without looking messy.
8) Hit All The Spots
A simple spray on your neck or wrist is no longer the only way to go. The better option is to hit two to four of these access points. If you don’t like it near your face, try the knees or elbows!
9) Not Just For Hair
That expensive straightener isn’t just for your hair. Maybe you don’t have an iron or maybe you don’t want to heat it just for a sleeve. No matter the reason, there’s always a reason to use your straightener as a quick iron.
10) For Those Cramps
Rice isn’t just for when you drop your phone in the bathtub. Wait, no, that didn’t happen! Anyway, you can also use rice to make a heating bag in a sock. This is great for those monthly pains.
11) Dust-Free Screens
We all have a lint roller lying around for that little black dress. Try using it on that dirty screen door or screened in window to collect the dust. It may not be the most thorough way, but it is the quickest.
12) Keep Those Boots Organized
How did no one ever think of this before? Boots seem to always pile at the bottom of the closet unless you get those inserts to hold them up. But then, they take up so much room. This way is easy and you can have them on display.
13) Better Than Blotches
When in doubt, don’t blotch. Blotching is not good for anyone or anything. Instead, to get rid of dark circles, or rather cover them, try using your concealer to fan away from the eye to create a more natural look.
14) Clean Your Brush
How did they do this magic? A simple run under warm water. Yes, you can wash your mascara brushes and you should if you don’t like clumps. And let’s face it, no one likes clumps.
15) No One Will Check There
Don’t have a sanitary napkin around? Use your phone case to hide your cash. Why not your purse? Well, sometimes, you don’t want to lug it around. This could be at a club, concert, or atheltic activity.
16) Freeze Your Grapes
This can work for many foods and drinks, but works perfect with frozen grapes and white wine. Not only does it chill the wine perfectly, but it also looks great too! Plus, eating those grapes afterwards is loads of fun!
17) Plump Your Lips
Need a quick and natural way to plump your lips? Try adding a littlee peppermint essential oil to your routine. You can add it to your lipgloss or just directly onto your lips.
18) Stretch Your Flats
Flats aren’t the easiest thing to streth out naturally without them going all cattywampus. But we’ve found the easiest way possible. Put on wool socks, put on shoes, and then aply the hot air in the places where the shoes are the tightest.
19) Never Lose Another Button
Do your buttons pop far too often? This happens to everyone. Well, everyone except those who have discovered this hack. If you can see threads on your button, then it will work. Just apply a coat or two of clearcoat and you’re set to go.
20) Repurpose Any Eyshadow
Some eyeshadow is just too bright to wear on your face. But hey, it was cheap, it was a gift, or you just loved the color. Repurpose them by mixing it in a bowl with clear nail polish and brushing away.
21) No More Tangles
There isn’t a woman alive who hasn’t faced a tangled necklace. The easiest way to avoid this is to stick a straw on the chain and voila! They will even stack so nicely that you may want to get a straw holder.
22) Your Last Vacuum
Most vacuums meet their end when someone sucks up something that they shouldn’t. There’s a way to prevent this and add another feature. Attach pantyhose to the end! This will not let any objects through to mess up your vacuum and will also allow you to find lost items behind furniture.
23) For That Extra Toothbrush
Toothbrushes always come in a pack and we always buy the pack or two or four. Use that extra to apply root touch ups to your hair. It’s the perfect tool and works so much better than the comb provided.
24) Hydration Station
Did you know that potatoes are the perfect planters for roses? They provide the perfect amount of moisture and we all have a few lying around, ready to grow eyes. Try potting your roses in them!
25) No More Green
Cheap rings can be so adorable and look just as nice as the more expensive ones. The only bad part is when they rub green all over your finger. If you want to prevent this, you can always add a coat of clear polish to the inside of the ring.
26) Classy Bottle Opener
That eyelash curler isn’t just for those perfect lashes, baby. Use them to open any glass bottle with a pop top. This isn’t just useful, it’s cool and great for parties. Just make sure those nails are on point!
27) To Each Their Own
Which key goes to the house, which to the car, and which to the storage shed? Oh wait! That’s your jewelry safe. The best new way to label your keys is with your favorite fingernail polish.
28) Paper Clip to the Rescue
Those little things that let you razerback your bra are hard to find and hard to keep up with. Why even buy them when a paperclip will do just fine? Just make sure you get strong metal ones and not plastic.
29) The Perfect Bootcut
You don’t always have skinny jeans and you don’t always want to put those bootcut pants over your boots. This is the fix! all you need is a sock and you can wear any jeans with those new boots.
30) Adorable Cord Bows
Cords get in everyone’s way! But there’s no amazing way to keep them organized. Until now. Just get a bunch of different ribbons and tie each one up. That way, you know which one is which and you prevent tangles.
31) Protect Yourself
Hopefully you’ll never need to use this hack, but it’s good to be safe. At the very least, you will scare off predators because, girl, you will look intimidating with your new confidence.
32) Got ‘Em Hooked
It’s not easy to put a bracelet on yourself. But the reason for this is that the chain keeps slipping. Who knew all it took was a piece of tape to solve this century-old problem?
33) Jewelry Drawers
This one takes a little handiwork but it is totally worth it. Just buy silverware organizers (preferably wooden) and scre them to your door. They make the perfect jewelry rack for your closet!
34) Easy Remover
Makeup remover is something that you always run out of at the worst times. Never fear, this DIY remover is here! Just mix olive oil and filtered water and you’re good to go. Just remember to shake it really well as the two seperate.
35) Only Takes Six Months
This is amazing for those who want to go through their clothes but don’t know where to start. All you have to do is turn your hangers around. All of them. Then, as you wear clothes, turn them back. This way, you know what you are wearing and what you aren’t.
36) It’s Cherry
We’ve done sanitary napkins and we’ve done phone cases but this might be even better. With this, you can hide it in your purse or pocket and even if it gets stolen, no one will check. Wait…doesn’t that mean it goes to waste? Nevermind, let’s focus on the positive.
37) Only One Hanger
This is the biggest closet space saver we’ve ver seen. You can use it for scarves, tanks, and so much more. Just buy a package or two of shower rings and you’re set. Now, time to go shopping for more scarves!

This may not be anyone’s favorite topic, but it’s a topic we need to discuss. We have all been to a public restroom or friend’s house and not wanted to use their toilet. Carry a pair of men’s socks with you and your problem is solved.
