Sing-a-longs just got taken to a whole new level
A sweet little girl became an overnight sensation with a viral clip showing her singing along to Selenaโs โBidi Bidi Bom Bomโ. Maliya Kabs decided to show her awesome range by showing her dad some of her favorite songs from the late Mexican-American musician. What dad got was more than what he bargained for!
โShe loves Selena because her mum is such a fan,โ Tay Kabs of London, England, told โGMA.โ โSheโs grown up with her music playing around the house and [her mother] Chan singing to the classics. Itโs become part of her childhood because music brings us so much joy as a family.โ
The video has amassed more than two million views under the familyโs YouTube page, The Kabs Family. Itโs no surprise when you have such an adorable sprite be such a force of joy that it becomes infectious to everyone who sees.
The fact that sheโs learned words in Spanish and Portuguese is mind-boggling!
What an incredible 4-year-old! You can see sheโs somewhat of a ball of sass with the shoulder shimmy that she enjoys as a way to dance.
โI like dancing and I also like annoying my daddy.โ Said the little munchkin.
Youโre not annoying anyone with your beautiful voice, sweetheart. In fact, youโre making a lot of people around the country realize that your voice is powerful and you should use it to spread happiness. Tay and Chan Kabs couldnโt be more proud of their daughterโs accomplishments. Her siblings Teija,12, and TJ,2 are also joining in the mix with their own bag of surprises.

You can tell Maliya gets it from her family. You can see that they enjoy spending a lot of quality family time together by partaking in events and also going out to do various things.
Movie nights are huge in this household. Mother and daughter share some fun times together seeing their favorite flicks.
Filming is another fun hobby of theirs. A little action next to the tennis court for these two. Weโre positively sure they had a blast filming especially little Maliya with her blossoming personality.
Having a sense of fashion and honoring your roots go hand in hand. Here we see a picture of TJ outfitted with traditional garbs from Ghana to celebrate their independence. Looking fresh is an understatement for this little man! He sure is looking like a GAP model with that captivating smile.
Maliya doesnโt just practice Selena songs. She also enjoys reciting songs from one of her dadโs favorite bands of all time, Earth,Wind, and Fire. She truly has a passion for singing and dancing and wonโt stop showcasing her wonderful talent whenever she gets the chance.
Maliya is a great example of just letting your kid be wild and free. Theyโll figure out what they like and donโt like, but itโs up to us to give them our unrelenting love and support whenever they make their mind up. Weโre excited to see what the future holds for young Maliya as weโre sure sheโs going to become the nationโs next big sensation one day!
