Google Street View can be an invaluable resource for getting a grip on a neighborhood you’re curious about or simply exploring the beauty of places you’ve never been to.

Most of Google’s photography is done by car, but they also hitch cameras to boats, planes, snowmobiles, and underwater apparatuses so we can get off-road views or aerial shots.

The people in the vehicles that take these photos can’t wait around to frame the perfect shot in every direction, so occasionally they end up with a strange or funny shot of people, animals, or some really weird stuff.

We found 35 photos of animals caught in interesting situations by a Google vehicle, much to the amusement of searchers.
